Don't get the frozen pizzas, they don't have the butter crust like the fresh ones. Always get a fresh cooked out par baked

The crust is so good! I recommend warming it up further in your oven for about 8 minutes. It seemed not fully cooked when we got it. I have ordered it half baked in the past and then finished cooking the rest at home and I think it turned out best that way! Be careful to keep the pizza even as you are driving home, if the pizza is sitting on a slant all the ingredients will go to one side. I love thick pizza and the flavor is super good. It's nice to share with four people because it's thicker, we are about 1-2 pieces each and were really full after. I would definitely get again!

Have made it a habit to grab a Large Chicago classic on my way home from the airport every time I travel. Love the deep dish, never disappoints. I placed an order online ahead of time and it wasn't quite ready when I got there and they immediately gave me a free app, side or dessert so I grabbed the Malnati salad, the best! Great customer service, even better pizza.

Ordered take out, sadly the estimated time was not accurate and my husband had to wait over 20 minutes for our order. While carrying the order into our home, he looked down and had grease on his shirt and pants so he immediately had to change his clothes when getting home and put stain fighter on.... needless to stay the pizza was a tad greasy, it also had moved in transit so all the toppings were on one side. The food was good but between the service and the overwhelming amount of grease, I will probably forgo having another Lou Malnati's pizza for quite a while for this reason...

I went in with my daughter for an early dinner at Lou Malnati's in Milwaukee. We ordered a deep dish Chicago Special and a thin crust pepperoni, and both pizzas were fantastic. The service was excellent, the beer was cold, and the staff all seemed to be enjoying themselves. It was a great experience all around!

We were hoping for a really good Chicago stylePizza. Very stale dough. The Caesar salad didn't trace croutons and it had a bug in it. I've never had a bad Caesar salad in my life until now. I was very let down.

Lou malnatis has been my absolute favorite pizza with the Chicago classic since I lived in Chicago and living in Lincolnwood Il area during my high school days where the first store started. We also went Baranabys pizza in the area which I didn't like as much as Lou's. I would drive to Il to get them while living in Wi so I'm so glad Milwaukee has three locations in driving distance compared to I'll.Lou's takes a different approach to pizza which makes it so good with a thin butter crust that has a wall to hold in all the toppings. It has a sheet of tasty sausage on the bottom covered with lots of melty cheese topped with a tomato purée all inside the tasty butter crust, the only crust that I eat the edges. This is such a delicious pizza and I'm glad I don't have to drive 120 round trip to get them anymore.

Literally our favorite pizza place to order from. The man who always takes our order is very polite and is willing to do anything it takes to make us happy. I have never been treated better at any pizza place, or any restaurant. Tonight we ordered and he was nice enough to include a free appetizer even though my coupon had not come yet. Not to mention our food is amazing as always
