Los Tres Hermanos Bar & Grill

Second time around my review of the molcajete still stands. I also need to add the salsa and chips are absolutely the best! And of course the mango margaritas are excellent, pricing is great. They're open till 10 in Elkhorn that's late. What more can you ask for?

Had been meaning to try this restaurant for years. Finally in town and stopped in. Seated quickly and able to order relatively quickly. Server was not very communicative and did not really help with menu choices. We had one of several Molcajete offerings and one order feeds 2 quite well. Came with a side of rice and beans. Server did not ask what tortillas would we prefer, corn or flour. He brought 3 flour tortillas for two people. I asked for tortillas for two people. He again brought 3 small flour tortillas. We stated we'd prefer corn tortillas. He brought 3 corn tortillas. It would have been nice to know that each 3 tortillas would cost us 1.50 each. In my humble opinion no need to skimp on tortillas at all Mexican restaurant. Particularly when you order an entree that requires diners to use tortillas. A staple of the cuisine. The food was tasty but salsa was like tomato juice. I asked for something spicier and two additional salsas were provided. Excellent and spicy. So I might try Tres Hermanos again but only because it is the only Elkhorn option.

The service was awesome. Loved the Mexican influence on the inside. So bright and cheery. We had a margarita that was delicious. I would go back just for their margaritas. I'm a tough chick to impress with Mexican food but I was craving chips and salsa. I was a bit disappointed not the best chips I've had. My daughters meal looked good and she was happy. I really liked their rice and beans. I really wanted to love the food. Maybe some day I will try them again but right now I am in the fence.

Absolutely delicious food. Highly recommended. Great for groups. Super good service. Everything about it was wonderful.

Food was good but very small portions. We ordered the quesadilla for 12.99 and the tortilla was taco sized and the only side was lettuce and tomato. We thought there would be rice and beans on the side. My husband and I always split a meal so the serving size was definitely small. Even for one person that would be small. Our server was fast but rude. He plopped the plates in front of us (we were with friends) and never came back to check on us and it wasn't busy. Our friends split the nachos and they were good but again very small portions.

The place is decorated with vibrant colors of Mexico. The service was good but server could have been more polite. Such as asking about appetizers, specials of day food or drink. Food was impeccable from presentation to red sauce enchiladas, Seafood enchiladas, were exquisite. We had to ask about desserts, Fried icecream that we had was good but maybe was older could have been better.Yes I would come again forsure.

Love the food ,waiter is a little rude but doe's a great job .but its my favorite of all mexican restaurants .every thing is great

My husband and I were in Elkhorn because we were vendors at the huge craft/vendor fair at the Walworth County Fairgrounds on Saturday. We had tried other eateries in the neighborhood (6:00 PM Friday) but the wait time was nearly an hour; I'll pass. So as we were driving along "the square", we spotted LTH. Upon entering, the kind gentleman at the register said it would be about 20 minutes. He jotted down my cell to notify me when our table was ready; we sat in the waiting area and spun Pokémon while we waited. The ambiance was bright and beautiful with color! We were seated within 15 minutes. Our server was attentive and kind. We both ordered the Enchiladas which were absolutely delicious!

Great location not far from fair ground. The restaurant is very colorfully decorated. Drinks are very good. Food is delicious authentic Mexican, Service is fast as ever seen.

Worst Mexican food I have ever had, the chips were thick and not fresh, they don't know what fajita meat is (it's called skirt or flank steak). The salsa was like a paste with no seasoning, no onions, no heat, no other ingredients.the cheese sauce or whatever cam on the plate tasted like stale milk, the refried beans tasted like the bean dip you get in a can.I'm from Texas so I am partial to authentic and TexMex food from Mexican food restaurants, this was nothing like either or even close.the three brothers need to visit Mexico and Texas and learn how it's done
