Lin's Garden

Got the lunch special. A little pricey but cost out there in a small town is probably more than most. The fried rice is an egg mix making the rice yellow not the same as a friedRice with pieces of pork, chicken beef like in Chicago. General tsos chicken was really good quality no veggies though. Which I like it's never the same anywhere but theirs was above average for this item. Fried rice not my favorite. But different states have different ways to do things.

Lins Evansville is on par with the majority of common Chinese take out restaurants. They have fair prices and their fast. I've ordered here many times with no issues. I just wish they had some actual spicy dishes, hot pepper oil doesn't cut it!

When first rolling though town we didn't give this place a second thought but I am so glad my mom thought otherwise! We love Lin's Garden, our orders are always accurate and delicious. We probably eat here once every week and a half we love it so much! Definitely the best place in town for dinner that we have tried. Good bang for your buck as well! Can feed the whole family for under $30! I call that a win!!!

This place has pretty good food. Seems fresh mostly. However, not a dine in place. There is some seating, but no table service and the service itself is barely tolerable. The owner/person who takes the calls is rude and does not even attempt to try and understand what you are asking. She is short and rude. This is the only place for chinese in town and does not deliver. Even if they did I will not use this restaurant. I would rather plan ahead and get Chinese from a neighboring town. They even have decent food but I hate having to deal with the person who takes the order. That's how bad it is. Rude! Mean! I'm not doing that.

Although this is not my 1st choice for Chinese food, it is the only option in evansville. They do a good job, the portions are large, the food is hot and the price is fair. The new owners are very pleasant compared to the old owners. It definitely serves my cravings when I can not run to janesville or Madison.

I have ordered food for take out from here a few times with my boyfriend. I have had a few dishes from here. Their shrimp fried rice was pretty good. Their sweet and sour chicken as well as their sweet and sour pork are also pretty decent. Nothing amazing but perfectly servicable. I enjoy their crab rangoon also. Over all at the moment I'd say the food is good and up to standard. i reccomend it if you want decently priced and good quality Chinese.

They feature a great Dim Sum special. Food is always fresh and very tasty. Service is great and they have lobster available in every size.

Great Chinese food! I live out of town and will travel to Evansville just to get Chinese food when I'm having a craving!

Nice people, good food. Quick pick up, and always speedy service. I like the fried rice.
