Cozy, warm, inviting environment with small bar, high tops and a lounge area. Fireplace and view of the lake. Steve our server / bartender was great with recommendations and very attentive. Great calamari, lasagne and ravioli (pasta was very fresh), large wine selection, full bar with craft cocktails. It was a much needed experience after a long travel day.

We went the day before Independence Day and was able to get a seat outside so that we could watch the Venetian night from the restaurant. Make sure you have reservation and do it early, their hours are limited but the food and ambience is to die for.

Such a great little Italian restaurant. Elegant and yet friendly with a small but interesting menu. No spaghetti and meatballs here, this is an authentic old world menu with gourmet pastas and high quality meats and fish. I had the spaghetti Bolognese. Really excellent. And my wife had the parpadelle in a lamb ragu. Both were dusted in a tasty pecorino cheese. My mouth waters just thinking about it. Be sure to make a reservation though. It's not a very large restaurant and weekends it's reservation only.

Such a cute Italian spot. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We got the fettuccine with chicken & the Pappardelle con Ragu D'Agnello both were very tasty.

My husband and I went there as our first date night out in Sheboygan. We had seen this place couple of time and its patio and atmosphere seemed interesting to us. The food was delicious. We had calamari for appetizer, halibut and lobster saffron fettuccine for dinner, and tiramisu and lemon cake for dessert. Omg the fettuccine was something out of this world. After a week we are still talking about it. Our server was great. The only thing that I can bring up as a down side was the stack of plates on a table in the dining area. For a restaurant at this level, it is not nice to have a stack of plates visible to everyone in a dining area.

There are some improvements needed with the mixed drinks definitely. I was very unimpressed with my drink an old fashioned. I asked that they not use soda (Wisconsin way) and add the traditional simple syrup, they could do that weird muddling of fruit if they liked, but the sugar was not added and the drink was horrid.Luckily they have a good wine list and this more than made up for the cocktails Table order the calamari fritta, this was some very good squid. Lightly breaded and expertly seasoned. Entrees of lamb, steak, ravioli were well received by my table mates. However I struck out with the lasagna, it looked great but tasted like an entire box of Morton's was dropped in it. It damn near unpalatable, I seriously "hate ate" that entree.Customer service is a big plus here, all needs were accommodated and done with patience and a friendly smile. This is definitely one to come and visit when I'm the Kohler/Sheboygan metro area.

The views at Lino are great and it's a perfect atmosphere to enjoy a glass of wine and a fine meal outside. Surprisingly, there were not that many people enjoying the outdoors last week but too bad for them! It was a sunny night with little clouds and gorgeous out to people and boat watch! We started with the Lino Salad and the house dressing is delicious and could easily be bottled. We then had the two specials - Chilean Sea Bass and a Spaghetti w/ tomatoes and clams. We thought both dishes were great - not heavy at all and paired nicely with our Pinor Noir.Reservations are a must - especially in the summer months and I would recommend the restaurant if you're in town.

Make reservations, but if you don't like we did, you may get lucky, like we did. The restaurant ambiance is nice you can dress up or go in nice shorts with a polo. Our server recommended the halibut, it was great and they have a great wine selection. The desert was spot on as well. We will definitely come back next time we are in town.

The service was awful!!! We had to ask 2-3 times to get our waters refilled. After our food was brought out, our waiter never came back to check on us. The appetizer was served before our cocktails. They only brought out 4 small slices of bread for 4 people. We had to ask for more. Although the food was visually good to look at, it had very little flavor. It was pretty but bland. The lobster fettuccine contained ground lobster bits and not enough sauce. The ravioli was hard along the edges. It was either under cooked or exposed to the air too long. The gnocchi was mush in a red sauce. What is the most bothersome is that we had to tip the waiter so much for bad service. They added 3.5% to use a credit card and they don't allow separate checks. They are just way too snobby for having so little substance. Just not worth the prices in my opinion.
