Lindstrom Bakery

This cake was ordered to celebrate two graduations. The cake flavors were tasty but had a gritty texture. I have to say I was a little disappointed in the cake's decoration because it missed some details I requested. I did submit a picture. The caps were plastic one tassel was fondant, the other was material that came with the cap - a balloon weight. The details of the binding and the pages were missing and the scroll was just a folded piece of fondant instead of a roll. The details missed would've taken the cake to another level. I will say the sisters that I worked with were exemplary in their customer service, so sweet and friendly. It was a pleasure working with them and they went above and beyond in communication via text. A website will be an added bonus to their business. Yes, I would use their services again but I would stress the details.
