Leon's Frozen Custard

Leon's Frozen Custard has been in Oshkosh since 1947! The neon pink sign is the original from the 40's. This is a local drive in with a lot of charm and some delicious frozen treats!Leon's is also--hands down--the best place to get a hot roast beef sandwich. It's an absolute comfort food: the perfect flavor combination that absorbs right into the bun. Pair it with a malt or a milkshake and you are good to go!

They kind of upset me with not having fresh raspberries, or other types of fruits, but they have pie fillings. Service is solid not having to wait long. The vibe it gives off is pretty chill, there right next to a somewhat busy road and the driveway and be alittle nervous, wait my family goes there for the custard not really for the food

Leon's is quite the staple for Oshkosh and MKE ice cream and for a reason! Great quality and flavor. They have a new special ice cream creation every day that they put up on the original neon sign. I've tried most of the menu, ice cream and food, and you can't go wrong. Especially with the custard, as a malt, and any of the sandwiches. I almost always get the turtle sundae or the special of the day. Iconic drive in date night and friend spot. Lots of memories made here having delicious treats. Only 4/5 as the portions can be small for the price, but the service and experience will always keep me coming back.

We saw there was a Leon's in Oshkosh and having grown up in Milwaukee and eaten at the one there we had to give this place a try.OK, we just had lunch elsewhere and stopped for a custard dessert. It was a cold and gray December day so the place was empty at 1pm.The server immediately ran out to our car and had to wait as we debated what to get. So we were boring and got a two scoop vanilla dish (very good) and a single chocolate (also very good).Why a three star? I know inflation is high but almost $8 for this order - the small was barely bigger than a shot glass. Wow!

I think my favorite flavor of the day was salty dog. I can't wait to go to AirVenture next year and swing by Leon's every day like I did this time.

Great service but the "ice cream" we got literally had my daughter in tears it was so bad. A cup of melted mess with all the "toppings" on the bottom.

Been stoping at Leon's since 1971 and have always been happy but this time, not only did our simple order get all messed up but my wife's $5 plus turtle sundae wasn't worth $2!Also, my single cone was close to $3 & I can buy Blue Bunny premium surrounds for $3 on sale & make 8-10 double cones.It's going to be a long time....

Over $5 for this, looked like one scoop Turtle sundae. Not much hot fudge and very little butterscotch.I can buy a surround of Blue Bunny premium ice cream for $3 on sale and make 10 of these Sundaes!
