Classic casual roadside pub across the street from Crystal Lake. The team working here hustles and the food is good. Standard pub/grill options plus a few nice surprises.

I ad a great burger and chips, my wife had a delicious Monte Cristo sandwich with a nice cold beer and pleasant service. Nice little place

I was here twice yesterday. The first time was mid-pm while I waited for my room to be ready at the nearby Osthoff Resort. They were running a $2 taco special - your choice of a chicken, shrimp, fish or steak soft taco. I had one shrimp and one steak - delicious! The bartender, Shelley, was very friendly as well. The tacos were so good I returned for dinner. Then, I had a fish and a chicken, which were also great. Today they are having a $2 hamburger special. I plan to return to check those out for dinner.

I'm willing to give it another try. We went on a busy night in the area, but still got there on the later side - around 7:30-8pm. We knew it was likely we would have to eat at the bar. Took a while to get menus. Ordered an appetizer, knowing the food might take a while. It took an hour for the appetizer. Hour and a half for food. The bartender bought us a round of drinks for the inconvenience, but then we were full of liquid and had not eaten. Bad combo.The food was all good. The homemade chips were great!! I will try again. Hope to have a better experience.

They used to have an amazing buffalo chicken sandwich but it seems they've cut costs. Instead of blue cheese crumbles it has blue cheese sauce, which makes a huge difference. The quality of the chicken itself isn't as good either. It could be due to COVID but we've given it three tries and each time we remain disappointed.

Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it's bad. Last two times it was not good. Steak sandwich was burned, ordered a side and it came after my sandwich. The bartender seemed disinterested in most customers other than those she was talking to. I'll give it one more chance cause we like the spot for drinks at least.

The service was wonderful. Ordered easily and for very affordable prices. Food came out in 10 minutes. Food was delicious itself. I ordered boneless bbq wings and they were delicious. Highly recommend stopping here if you are nearby. 5/5!

We first visited Lakehouse about 10 years ago it has improved dramatically under new management the tater tot bowls are awesome the chef salad is great and Monday night chicken wings are to die for

Amazing service and great food! Definitely recommend for hungry customers. Nice big portions for a great price. Would suggest for anybody who comes to Road America

Party of six, we called ahead and they held a table for us. very friendly service! Food took a while but it was worth waiting for. Some burgers, shaved beed sandwiches, steak sandwich, all very good. The spicy green beens appetizer is not to be missed. Thanknyou!
