Lake Street Inn

Lake St Inn is my personal favorite local food option. I'm basic, but particular. I like a cheeseburger, well-done - NO pink, and they consistently get my order correct which I appreciate greatly because many places struggle to make a good well-done burger. They also do a great job of the well done burger, while it still being juicy. They're super friendly, prompt, and seem to genuinely appreciate the business.

I'd agree with the other reviews. The staff is what makes this place. The food was good, reasonable prices, and just overall a place you like to visit. I'd definitely go back if we were in the area.

Wonderful, clean, friendly place to eat. Had a great meal with my family tonight and our waitress Jeanne was outstanding. She was sweet, kind and attentive to my children. We ordered their soup of the day, chicken dumplings just like grandma would make so good. We ordered Duck straps for an appetizer. My eldest son ordered the 1/4 broasted chicken, he is a picky eater but after one bite he told me he loved it. My youngest son oder chicken tenders off the kids menu and was very happy. My daughter ordered a bowl of chicken dumplings and I order liver and onions. Great meal.

Outstanding fish fry! Our waitress was perfect and they make an awesome Bourbon Old Fashion to boot!

The ownership has changed. Fish fry has become average at best. ONew owners seem anything but welcoming. But here's the interesting thing. They have a mounted thing known as the Crusher hanging very apparently in the bar. Okay, it has mixed meaning, but the so called Proud Boys adopted it. Enough for me. Not going back.

Great Lake view. Always great food and the price is very reasonable!! Staff is pleasant.

It's been four years since my last review so decided it was time to get back at it. Again never disappoints. We were just reminiscing with Jake about our many visits and years of great service. Sharon our hostess is simply a joy. Food always good. Still enjoy the Fin and Feather as our go to!

We've been looking for the fish fry that checks every box we ideally want and we finally found it! Lake Street Inn is the totally package. Great fish, chicken, coslaw, german po, but also fries are great...ALL the food was awesome. service great, prices fair, family feel! This is a hidden GEM of a place. We found out Fish Fry HOME! :)
