La Tropicana

It's nice to have La Tropicana close by for some much needed last min chips and/or beverage libations type things. Sam is usually there. I think he is a decently cool dude. He likes friendly visits ;) It's not a big place by any stretch.There are uniquely individually sold items... HmmmDrop by if you need you an energy drank or some kinda somethin.And say "hi" to Sam if he's there.

There's a little convenience store/mini grocery every couple of blocks from National south to I don't know where it ends maybe the village of Racine. This one is cleaner, better stocked, with better prices than any other within walking distance, and your only non-gas station choice on the East side of the expressway. The clerks are nice, and they sell bus tickets.

The best store on the southside cashier is always nice and friendly great place to go they have a Lotta items that you need.

Great place the owner is a cool guy always has a smile I love supporting smaller businesses and this guy makes it easy whit great prices and if he does not have what you want just tell him and he will get it and keep it in stock
