The service has always been very friendly here. Although I haven't tried their actual restaurant it looks delicious. I LOVE their guacamole!! You scoop it yourself and it is sooo tasty! There is lots of onions which I find delicious; keeps me coming back for more!

A grocery store with a kitchen in the back that sells hot food. Fresh to order. Don't be afraid to go as they have frequent customers and accept credit cards. I recently had the tacos (Mexican style). About $2/taco which isn't too bad. Lengua (Tongue) - Just how I wanted/expected it to be. Perfectly tender and the meat melts in your mouth. Pastor (Spicy Pork) - This was a little disappointing. The pork wasn't spicy. It was more sweet than savory. I think it depends where you go but I prefer the pastor to be more savory than sweet. It's just a matter of preference here as the meat still had good texture. Tripa (Tripe) - Get it crunchy (fried). The texture will be nice and airy, kind of like a fresh pork-rind. However, it lacked any flavor. I still want to go back to try the other meats for sure. Not to mention trying their tortas, burritos, and quesadillas. Their items range from $2 - $9.

Wonderful service and the Horchata is bomb AF! This place is a fiesta in my mouth! During the week I will usually get a pastor burrito that is usually close to the size of my head. Be sure and put lime juice on the burrito to bring out a fuller flavor in the meat. On weekends the carnitas tacos are fantastic. They melt in your mouth and leave me wishing they served them during the week.

This little gem is one of the towns best kept secrets. They have a nice little authentic grocery store, better than Woodmans Mexican section. And in the back? A butcher, and a tiny little restaurant. The beef tacos amazing, the salsa verde divine. I might never make these things at home again! They are only 3 blocks from us and the prices, well they should be more, but I am not complaining.

Great tacos and VERY friendly service! Will definitely eat here again. Jorge L. in a previous post mentioned it is a hidden gem in the back of the store and he wasn't lying. If ordering for a group, best to order ahead and they will have it ready for you quickly. Tried the beef, steak, and chicken tacos and my favorite so far is the chicken. Very tender. Thank you for a great introduction, looking forward to the next order!
