I bought some sweet and salty cookies (toffee, pretzels, chocolate) and sourdough crackers, and thought everything tasted delicious. The cookies were chewy and soft, and enormous! I wasn't in the mood for coffee, but I saw they serve Lavazza espresso. It was busy, but the line moved fast. The pastry chef who runs it is a graduate of Culinary Institute of America, and clearly knows what she's doing. I hope it's a huge success! As they evolve, I'd love to see them offer quiche for those of us who like a little protein with our carbs, but I'm sure whatever they add to the menu will be good.

Excellent food and coffee (the only place around Roscoe/Rockton that I know of that can actually make an espresso). I got a tomato basil focaccia and meant to bring it home for my wife but ended up eating the whole thing there. Will be back weekly.
