Great ambiance! The food is amazing and service was superb. This place is fantastic and we can't wait to go back soon!

A new twist on Italian food. Made our reservation for 730 and were seated right away.Ambiance was really nice love the fact that it was spacious. Service was good as well our server being attentive and engaging. It was nice to see vegetarian options, since my foodie partner is pescatarian. Kimchi Arancini I couldn't taste any kimchi on this. The focaccia however was really good with the roasted tomatoes butter but the top was just a little salty. Sunday Sauce (bolognese) was good too in every bite you can taste the flavor , pasta freshly made and they don't skimp you on meat for sure. Ricotta Gnudi the sauce was creamy yet light.Now tiramisu with an Asian twist the ube flavoring did was really good you can definitely taste the espresso on the lady fingers.Over all will go back again to try their new menu

We were happy to see a new restaurant open in place of Tavolino. The restaurant decor is so cute! They had creative dishes beyond your average Italian restaurant which was refreshing. I had the shrimp arrabbiata which I knew would be spicy, but unfortunately it was way too spicy for me to eat. Everyone else at my table seemed to enjoy their meal though! I did notice that the menu online was a bit different than what they presented in the restaurant. Looking forward to going back and getting a meal I can properly enjoy!

Had the pleasure of dining at L'incontro, formerly Tavolino, last night. The restaurant's whimsical ambiance was mirrored by its creative and delectable food. Our meal began with exceptional cocktails, the espresso martini (on tap) and a black Manhattan, demonstrating the bartender's expertise. We enjoyed the house bread service and burrata with melon and prosciutto for starters. For our mains, the branzino fish cake showcased the chef's skill, as the deboned fish was combined with shrimp and calamari and stuffed back into its crispy skin, served with a side of rapini. We also relished the flavors of the gnudi with ramp pesto, a delightful garlic-infused dish. Although satiated, we took home a chocolate basque cheesecake for later. The impeccable service enhanced our dining experience, and the food was undeniably delicious.

A fresh and vibrant take on Italian cuisine. L'Incontro makes everything in house, and you can taste the difference! The ambiance is upscale, the service is impeccable and the food is exquisite. Also serving delicious cocktails, this restaurant should be on your "go to list".

Was able to walk in and get a table right away before movie at the Oriental theater. Nice ambience. Focaccia was fabulous. Ceasar salad was served with the main food and wasn't good. Pizza and gnudi entrees were great. Spaghetti was more average. Broccoli was horrible.

Fantastic dining experience! The food was delicious (Sunday sauce pasta and pumpkin-Ube-tiramisu - YUMMM!), and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend for a great meal and warm hospitality!!

Server was great. Food very good. Substituted Hendrick's gin for Tanqueray which I didn't find out until I got the bill. Not cool. Also told them it was my birthday when I made the reservation. Never acknowledged. They tried to blame the server because it was so busy( 4 tables on a Monday night). We said don't put it on her. She was great as mentioned before

Stupendous. High quality and thoughtful dishes- all well executed. The Cacio e Pepe was better than I hoped full of black pepper flavor and plenty of Romano! The one tiramisu is the best tiramisu I've ever had- gorgeous and light.

I love how the menu rotates depending on what's in season! The fresh, made in house, pizza dough and pasta is so delicious! Everything that we ordered was delicious. My personal favorite is the Sunday Sauce. The Shrimp Arrabiata is spicy so be prepared but it was SO good. For drinks we got the espresso martini and the Sundress (not pictured) and both were so tasty. The patio was really nice (and dog friendly). Will be coming back very soon to try more summer menu items!
