L & S Liquor

I have driven past this little liquor store many times and and it just doesn't look like much of a place so I stopped in to check them out because a cold beer sounded good. This is not one of those places that is bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside, it's small.There seems to be just enough to satisfy the average person with a run to the liquor store but it's no Discount Liquor by any means and if your looking for the exotic or the unique liquor items than this is not the place. The craft beer section is small but I walked away with beer, I'm not attached to any one beer so I can usually find something anywhere I stop. A $10 minimum is posted at the register for credit cards. The guy working the counter was a friendly type guy you could joke with because the 10 min looked like 1000 with a tiny decimal point that's hard to see at first glance.

Had the absolute worst experience here, me and my friends were gonna get drinks and they paid for theirs first and all I was gonna get was an orange juice, I get up to the cashier and hand him my card, he responds with " we don't take card, haven't in a long time". So I thought this was normal and thought my friend paid in cash. Come to find out my friend did not pay in cash but he paid with a card. My friend is Caucasian and I am Hispanic. I am completely baffled that I was refused service not because of the wrong method of payment but because of my ethnicity. I could immediately feel the guy wanted nothing to do with me and basically got me out of the door as fast as he could. DO NOT GO HERE!
