Today was the clearance sale. We arrived a little after 8 and the line was around the building 3 1/2 hours later we were out with our hall. The beef sticks were all sold out by the time we got up there but we still left with 30 lbs of meat. You also got a $5.00 off voucher if you gave three cans to Feeding America. Only one voucher per order was allowed. They had hot dogs, brats, and water for sale outside but it was cash only. Line skippers also got an ear full.

Klements used to be a must stop for me back in the day. They used to have all kinds of sausage, brats, hot dogs, smoked sausage, breakfast sausage and all that kind of stuff at bargain prices. Like any other good thing, a lot of people have found out about this place and as a result the prices have gone up.In terms of eating quality, Klements is OK but I really do like their big skinless wieners. Their brats, polish sausage, Italian sausage and breakfast sausage is decent too. Stay away from the summer sausage, way to fatty and full of filers. But every now and then there is a bargain to be had. I encourage you to stop and take a look.

Everyone always forgets about the Klement's outlet store. They have limited hours during the week but for any major party this is the place to hit. Their pricing is much better than at retail but the selection is a little limited. However, if you want the standard brats, hot dogs, beef sticks, etc you need to stop here.Twice a year they have a big blow-out sale on a Saturday. They are recently under new ownership but they still had the sale in fall. Klement's produces many private label products. At the sale you can pick up a pound of sausage for a buck and there are many other deals. Plan to wait in line but you can walk out with a full cart of meat for under $40!

Great for deals. Hit or miss with stock. Staff is not very friendly. They don't help with large orders, you have to come back several days to get all you need and hope they have it.

Can't go wrong with this tiny lil retail store. Great deals on all types of sausage. Don't forget to ask the clerk if they are running any specials.... I got a case of Italian's for only $5. Sausage sticks, salami, brats of all types, hot dogs, Italians and much much more.... for us Milwaukeeans who love our sausage it's a candy store. I don't think many people know of this gem hidden on Chase Ave. If your are planning a bbq stop in to stock up and impress your friends. A true sausage fest.... haha

Ok....my fiancé and I went to the "Overstock Sale" this past Saturday! What a disappointment! Didn't actually know the layout when we saw the advertisement on Facebook, but went anyway. The store is small and the line to get in was 10 mikes long (no exaggeration). The line moved about 2 inches every 1/2 hour. That's how long we stayed. Got there early (10:00 am), but figured we had no chance to get in before they closed at 1:00 pm. Ridiculous! Someone needs to revamp that whole set-up! Suggestion....move it to your parking lot under tents. Perhaps put meats in large gaylord boxes for public view. Never again!

Great prices. Bought a summer sausage for a buck and a 3 pound package of brats for $3. Can't beat that. However, the brats are long, but narrow in diameter and rather dense instead of being juicy. Not sure if that's because they're seconds. Wonder what others are thinking about the quality here.

Are you kidding me! This is barbecue headquarters! Milwaukee's best kept secret! If my excitement confuses you, let me fill you in. Not only is this a place where you can buy Klement's sausages factory direct, but you can get these same sausages, the one's featured at Miller Park, for super cheap!Let me fill you in on how cheap. Three pounds of Polish Sausage. A pound of Bratwurst. A pound of summer sausage. 3 snack sticks. $9.50.Yes, less than 10 bucks. I have no idea why it's so cheap here, but I don't care. It's the same quality sausage that I have at the park, yet I don't have to pay a ridiculous markup like at the grocery store. I've been a customer here for years, and plan to be for years to come.

On April 30, 2014 at 11:30am I drove relatives, visiting us from Texas, from New Berlin to Klement's Outlet Store. They wanted to buy a cooler full of sausages to take with them back to Texas. I told them how much we like Klement's sausage and the their Outlet Store was a good place to find fresh sausage at a reasonable price. When we entered the store there was no one at the counter to wait on us for about 6 mins. Then I noticed the woman that was on duty was sitting behind a shielded barrier eating something. I was talking to my wife about the Mild Italian Sausage and trying to find it in the freezer. The woman behind the counter started explaining where it should be, so we were looking for it. All of a sudden a door opened and the woman was standing right behind us saying: "Well, if you get out of my way I will find it for you." I was so embarrassed that she said that to us, right in front of our relatives, I said nothing to her. My brother-in-law said: "Maybe we should try that other Sausage company you were talking about."
