Kitt's Frozen Custard Drive-In

Amazing ice cream! I always love an ice cream shop that is convenient and quick. Kitts is both! Not to mention that their Sundaes are to die for !

This is not the Kitts I was accustomed to. I am aware that they were sold, but did it not include the recipes? I ordered a caramel sundae with pecans (as usual), and the pecans were chopped into dry chunks, as if they were for baking, certainly not the original version. The caramel tasted like pure sugar syrup. The 1 star is awarded to the gentleman who served us was excellent oh and the cheese fries were hot also but not good.

The BEST ICE CREAM IN THE WORLD! Delicious cheeseburgers also. Fast, friendly service from Alex and the crew. Always feel very welcomed. Thank you guys.

Was worried because I noticed that they were closed for awhile around a year ago. You can tell that it's under new ownership but I think the customer service was better than before. The inside definitely needs some decorating but the good food and good service makes up for the ambiance and will be returning.

Excellent burgers! Fast service. New owner/abbreviated menu so they can concentrate on making good food as opposed to 50 different items on the menu.

I'm famous for getting my Kitts off in Yelp pix, and in X-Rated movies for that matter (me and my gf both), but when I come to Milwaukee, I get my Kitts *on* instead.Kitt's Frozen Custard is pretty popular and you can see why. They make a delicious creamy authentic style of Frozen Custard that is famous in this area.The lines were too long the last couple of times I went here so I ended up not getting anything - but I'll be back here many times in the future, just as I have been here a few times in the past. One of many spectacular Frozen Custard shops in the city that defines the spectacular Frozen Custard shop.Milwaukee owns frozen custard, but when you're Leonned out and you need stop Stop the Kopp, try a lot of the little, less-famous ones and find your alt-faves (as opposed to the alt-right which is as thick as custard but far less tasty). There's a good 100 plus to choose from and this is one of the better ones!

My quest to try the sweeter places led me here today for lunch because I filled up on home made jerky and venison sticks from the guys at work so a traditional lunch was out.This place was two customers deep in the end of January which is not there busiest time so I was in and out. Today I was going to push the sweet tooth to the max and not just have a custard cone but go all out and get an old fashion turtle Sunday, my first. The Sunday comes with a mound of vanilla custard drizzled with hot fudge, thick sweet camel topped with pecans and a lone cherry which was more Carmel than fudge and perfect for me.Don't let winter keep you away because there is a seating area with tables and chairs that is enclosed with heaters so it's enjoyable all year round, it was about 64 degrees in the seating area according to the coke thermometer while I was there.Mt first impression was Wow how the rich thick Carmel with the cold of the Custard and the crunch of the pecans really worked so well together, the pecans were probably the freshest/great quality which was definitely noticed and made the whole Sunday.I actually found this very refreshing compared to stopping by and getting a cheeseburger which I thought would be my first sampling when I finally stopped by. I never even thought of a Sunday for lunch before and I found it to be a nice change of pace and really enjoy it. This place really hit the spot for a cold lunch but I should really try a cheeseburger next time or both.

Every time I go to kitts I have problems. The longer they open the worst they get. Im Probably done wit kitts.

It had been awhile since I'd had a chance to stop into Kitts. So glad I stopped in today! I got a double scoop strawberry cheesecake with additional strawberry topping and whipped cream. It was topped off with a cherry, of course. The customer service was so refreshing. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, thanks Alex! I'll be going back again soon. Perfect way to cool down on a nice and sunny day.

Just moved to the area, and so glad to find this place. Classic, polite, fun, and my burger was heavenly. Will probably be popping in here way too often. it's a welcome respite from the generic fast food places up and down Capitol. Love it!
