They recently moved into their new building and it is an awesome place to meet friends, customers, etc.Great location, it was extremely hot the day we went, so the roll up doors were closed, but they do have outdoor seating when weather permits. Parking is tight when it gets crowded. The staff is amazing, the food is great and the beer is ice cold!!! We order several flavors of wings, all were delicious- and a few sides to share with the group.

We stopped in for lunch just after they opened so we were the first customers of the day. This is normally a red flag for me but the bartender/server (Nicole) was so friendly and welcoming we stayed. Most of the tables are high tops, but she directed us to the lone low top in the back. This made my 82 year old mother very happy.The lunch special was sliders for $2 each. They had four: BLT, pulled pork, brisket and cheeseburger. My mom chose twi cheese burgers and with fries was more than enough. I had the pulled pork and brisket with fries. Both were good, although the brisket was oversauced. The fries were incredible! They do a light beer batter on them and they are so crunchy and flavorful.It looks like a fun place at night and it's right on the lake for the summer.

Visited the new location for the first time on a Friday for lunch (1:00). We were told that the baked fish wasn't available and the catfish wasn't available. I asked if I could have the taco salad served on a plate and whether they could substitute the usual tortilla shell for a few tortilla chips. The answer was no, no substitutions. I ordered a basic grilled chicken sandwich. When it arrived, I asked for a little mayonnaise on the side. Then I waited. My friend ordered the shrimp Po boy and fries. They brought her tater tots in error, so the server took it back to the kitchen. And she waited. My friend's sandwich came out again with the fries on the plate. I continued to wait for some mayonnaise And my chicken sandwich was getting cold. Server told me "she only had two hands" She'd be right back. Finally got a mayonnaise The chicken sandwich was very good but lukewarm at this point.Since the term "TIP" means to ensure prompt service, her tip reflected her lack of care. Her apologies. Came at the end of our meal, felt like she was trying to redeem herself and get a decent tip.I would give the food a four-star but due to the service, dropped it to three stars. Side note, both owners were on premise that day.

It was almost a 4 star review! The loaded tots were amazing! The wings were a 7.1 on a scale of "one bite everyone knows the rules." Bloody Mary was good, but should have a spicy option. Now the bad. The chicken tenders were not good. Very dry. And sadly the Diet Coke lacked carbonation. Both of those things are likely easy fixes. Hope to update this review to 4 or 5 stars one day!

What a great place! The staff was excellent. Very friendly, came to the table and had a conversation with us. The food was awesome. This is a must visit place if we are ever back in town.

We arrived around noon looking forward to a nice lunch. My wife and I were in town to visit our daughter. Our daughter has a medical alert dog that has to be with her at all times. This is NOT a therapy dog, it is a registered medical alert dog. Her service animal does not wear a mail order vest. He went through 2 years of very specialized training to alert her to medical issues. The animal has never been denied from attending school, restraunts, flights, or even hospitals. yeWe were told that she and her dog were not allowed in the restaurant. The reasons kept changing...some regular customers have dog allergies, kitchen staff does not like dogs, he cant bring his dogs to work with him, his landlord does not allow service animals, and the one he kept sticking to is the town and state of Wisconsin have special laws that supersede federal ADA laws. When asked, none of the "allergic" patrons happened to be there that day. We explained multiple times that what he is doing is against the law and he kept quoting local laws that overrule. We know that is not allowed. if our time with our daughter had not been limited we would have waited for the police. Also, who wants to eat food from an establishment right after the police force them to serve you. Either way, we listened and tried explaining that he was breaking the law. We intend to pursue this ADA violation but want all disabled to know that you are NOT WELCOME if you have to have a medical alert animal.Bring your registered service animals to this establishment and be prepared to make a stand for all the disabled. Wish we had had the time.

New building same atrocious management and wait staff. Too many good place the local area to risk Kick Switch.

We were not allowed to eat inside because my child had her trained medical service dog. We were told by owner that he had special permission from the county to ignore federal ADA laws. He claimed he had the right to refuse us service because it would hurt his business to allow a child with a medical alert dog to eat indoors. He also claimed he had staff that was uncomfortable and allergic to dogs. Not a valid excuse with ADA laws. Then he told us the owner of the building refused medical alert dogs. So heads up special needs community- you are NOT welcome here!

Not my favorite I don't care for greasy beer battered shrimp or greasy blue gils. The potato pancakes were good but nobody cared to ask how the food was so probably won't go back a 5 out of a 10.

Great wings and drink specials.Friendly staff too. Will be back soon to try their other food items.
