It's a shame to see how this restaurant has spiraled into mediocrity. From a menu that once highlighted homemade pastas and dry aged steak, today's menu does not support the moniker of "supper club". The only exception is their ice cream drinks which are still delightful. I stopped in during a past Saturday and was surprised by the lack of overall energy-from the bartender who showed zero hospitality (nor knew the tap list) to the staff wearing casual everyday clothes, it made me feel they are on their last leg. Waitstaff eating behind the bar while on shift. Seemed amateur hour. The most energy was coming from a speaker blaring a local country station. Why, when dining, do I want to hear local advertisements or DJ's? How much is it to invest in Touch tunes or a playlist from a phone? Our lake house is less than a mile away yet I choose to stop elsewhere, it's a shame.

Husband and I went for prime on a Saturday, July 13 2024. We were seated immediately and given water. When the server brought out the menu there were many redactions. No mashed potatoes or fries. We were offered "Healthy hash" which sounded like scraps from a barrel. Cabbage, brussel sprouts, kale, etc. Also, each item was being charged separately. If you wanted a salad or soup you needed to pay $3-5 extra. We ordered our steaks medium rare and they brought out cold well done steaks. We had been there about a year ago and it was nothing like this. I was very disappointed with the meal and have decided not to return in the future. Also, per another reviewer they blasted a local country station in the restaurant. They could have had it silent and it would have been better.

While visiting my mom back in Wisconsin, we found this gem on our "fall colors" drive. As always in Wisconsin, everyone was super nice and the portions were enough for leftovers. The drink special was an Apple Butter Old Fashioned that I'm still having dreams about and the pepper-jack cheese curds were a fun twist. Absolutely will be going back on my next visit!

Giving three stars because half of the food was good and the other half was not. First, drinks were good except from one bartender who admitted she didn't like the taste of booze. So you are a bartender? The couple we were with were pleased with their meal. They had the sirloin and salmon. My husband and I had the prime rib and ribs. Ribs were literally BURNT! Clearly they were warmed up. Little sauce. Upset I did not send them back. My husbands prime rib came out well done and he ordered medium rare. We did send it back but only got medium and not medium rare. He even asked if there was any medium rare left before he ordered and he was told yes. I personally would give it two stars because of our meal but gave it three because our friends did enjoy their meal. Prices are high and no sandwich options. If things don't change, I do not see them surviving long.

We went on a Friday night (June 28th, 2024) to check out the new "rebranded menu" and the overall experience was not very good. We arrived at 6:15 and checked in with the host at about 6:30 and he thought the wait would be a little over half an hour. We finally sat down at 8:00 so that part wasn't good. The communication between the host, bartenders and waitresses seemed to be poor which you would maybe expect for a new place but not for a business that has been open for a few years. Our waitress was actually pretty good and was working pretty fast but admitted she didn't know everything about the menu as it was just switched a couple days earlier. I had the shaved prime Rib sandwich which was pretty tasty and my wife had the fish fry which was also good but nothing super. Hopefully, they can work out the bugs on the service end. PS: We paid by cash so we were good but a thunderstorm hit just as we were leaving and they weren't able to process any credit cards so that was another mess for some other customers.

I was really hoping that our visit last night would rival our last visit to Woodland Creek (prior establishment), but it unfortunately missed the mark.Upon being seated, we quickly consumed the (underwhelming) relish tray while we waited 10 minutes to be greeted. We ordered 3 old fashioneds and the lobster kettles for an appetizer. The lobster kettles came out about 15 minutes later and our drinks followed shortly after. Much to our disappointment, the lobster was not cooked, so we sent it back to the kitchen (not to be re-done due to timing). The salads and soups came out shortly after, followed by our entrees. The timing was off as we were rushed through our salad in order to make room for the soup and our entrees came out after only a few bites of our soups. The entrees themselves were good, although the prime rib was cold and our wine did not come until we were practically finished with the entrees. If all else improves, I would definitely come back as the 18oz ribeye was one of the best I've had. The ice cream drinks were great as well.I see a lot of potential here, so I do hope this feedback helps.

Went for Sunday brunch 1/1. We were excited to try a new local supper club. It seemed like they were behind right from the start at 10:00 am. The "hot" food items were lukewarm and the bacon was undercooked and limp. The scrambled eggs were watery and the buffet was not impressive. They had a gentleman carving roast beef but we didn't take any because it all looked very rare. My husband ordered a Bloody Mary as we were informed they make their own mix... it tasted like pure salt and rancid. We will not be back and we were not impressed.
