Ken's Meat's & Deli

I was passing by, and stopped at this place on an impulse. I got some chicken legs. The poultry was of good quality. They even removed the skin from the legs. Prices were reasonable. I also took some cashew clusters which was good. I thought price for that was reasonable as well. They have babcock's ice cream, but in the freezer isle. They don't scoop it.

This place was not far from where I was so as I'm always looking for meat shops I decided to stop by and get some items to put in my cooler and take home. The place looks like it might be old school with the design of the building. The people were friendly at the counters. My hi hopes were quickly dashed as I looked around because it's a meat shop like the big grocery stores on a smaller scale so it's really a small town grocery store. This is not a meat shop that makes or smokes meats with cheeses and various homemade items like I look for. They have plenty of frozen store items like any grocery store. The fresh meat counter is like a Hi Vee with fresh meats and pre cooked items like bbq ribs etc etc. No house made meat sticks so I left with a mass produced package. The shop is absolutely fine but not the style meat shop I seek out.

Maybe one of the best businesses in Madison. Great quality and price especially in the deli. So kind and welcoming too.

ALWAYS a go-to for meat/poultry, delicious side salads (LOVE the chicken salad), and other local sweets and treats. If you're in the area and would like a quick bite, it's worth stopping in for a fresh made sandwich, a side, or any prepackaged items to take to-go. Ken's also offers pre-ordering for the holidays.

The place to go if you want to have an amazing cookout. Big selection.. burgundy pepper marinated steaks, bacon burgers, pork, kabobs, brats, etc. My favorites are the turkey burgers and the stuffed chicken breasts (pepperoni, cheese & marinara). They also have great cold salads, desserts.

Terrible customer service, specifically was lied to by I believe her name was Sophia (I could be wrong). I called asking if they sold breaded chicken cutlets and Sophia said yes we do. I proceeded to ask if they were ready made or need to be cooked. She repeated the chicken needs to be cooked. My daughter drove 30 mins to buy some just to find out this is an item they do NOT sell. I call to see if there is a miss understanding and the girl proceeds to tell me that she said pork chops not chicken. And that she doesn't recall me calling 30 mins prior. Completely disappointed with the miss information and them not owning up to it and flat out lying to cover it up.

This place is such a treat. Friendly faces, great service, and delicious steaks. Not only are they known for their Burgundy Pepper steaks, but there are many hidden gems in this store, from Stella's bread to Elegant Farms Pies. I love coming here for lunch with their hot deli specials.

Ken's meat deli sad witches are so good and healthy my 14 year old daughter likes the sand witches because they are fire anyways it's really a good store you guys should check out #kenmeatdeliOh5 stars

Every once in awhile I stop in to get some good quality meat. The service is ALWAYS excellent, the meat is fantastic and the deli stuff is delicious. I highly recommend this place

First time going into Ken's Meat Market. I was picking up steaks for my mothers dinner party. The workers behind the meat counter were super friendly with me. When I went to the check out counter the older lady at the front was being a complete b*tch to me. We greeted each other friendly and when I went to tap my card it didn't work the first time so she grabbed my card out of my hand and looked at me like I was stupid. It just made the whole experience terrible. I wouldn't go back.
