Kenosha Brewing

Our close-to-home stop which is always a comfortable and pleasant experience for lunch or dinner. The staff is super friendly and always checking on you. Food is your normal pub food but done well. My Italian beef was very tasty. Thursday night is bingo and there was a ton of people. The ambiance was just right for an active, busy evening. Love this place!!!

Food was good. The soup was awesome and I almost did not get it. Fish was so good breading was light not heavy. Tator tots were OK. Beer was cold, however did not realize they had tons of drinks. Service was outstanding. Place was getting really packed and we were asked numerous times how things were ect. Ambiance is why I am giving them 4 stars. It was so dang loud you cannot have a conversation. Yes it is one thing of it was just a bar but they offer food, not just bar food so you would think it would not be that loud, like obnoxious loud. Will we back again? Not sure if I can handle the loudness. But the food is absolutely perfect.

As promised, I went back and order their 60 cents wings. I had suggested this place to a coworker and on my recommendation, she decided to order with me. When opening my box, we were very underwhelmed. I was so disappointed I couldn't even order other food cause the taste was so bland. Proceed with caution, folks.

Kenosha's hometown brewer! Love the ambiance at this establishment. The service is good and the food I've had tried so far (mostly appetizers to far) has been good. But, in my opinion, the beer needs work! I don't like the bitter aftertaste that is commonly present across their line.Note that the hours here can be a problem. I BELIEVE that it is open after 4:00 pm all days of the week as of the 20th of January (when I am writing this), but I may be wrong. I suggest that the best time to come is Saturday, when they will be open from 11:00 to 10:00 at night.

Stopped in for the first time yesterday. We sat at the bar & Shannon was super nice. We had the IPA and the french onion soup. It was loaded with gooey cheese. It was a little salty for me, but overall good. We would definitely stop again.

The service was horrible. We waited at the entrance for a few minutes, before we were acknowledged. The bartender with her foot propped up at the bar yelled"sit anywhere" and continued her conversation with the other people at the bar. We found a table and a grouchy, rude and unprofessional waitress came over, no greeting or hello she just told us we had to move, because another party of people were coming in. We moved to another table and she came back with our water and slammed them on the table and walked away, without saying anything. The ambiance was horrible! The chairs were old and rickety, the table was sticky and dirty. Kenosha Brewing needs to hire friendly greeters and waiters/ waitresses and upgrade their seating and clean their tables.

Our first visit here was met with some distinction. It was years ago and they weren't open because the local power was out. So it remained on the to-do list for another day. That day finally came around. Kenosha Brewing is tucked away in what kind of felt like somebody's backyard. The interior is stretched out with bar seating, high table seating, outdoor seating and private party rooms. Although busy, service was fast and friendly. Their beer menu is large with various styles to choose from. Kenosha Brewing has a good 20 crafts of their own to pick from, as well as maybe a dozen guest beers. Making a choice wasn't easy. I'm a dark beer guy for the most part but the warmth of the day made the Morning Blues blueberry waffle ale sound good. It had the smell of waffles but went down less sweet, and had a great flavor. I would have had another but my Rueben sandwich came to the table fast, and I was hungry. This sandwich, along with the other two plates that came to our table, beg to be given props. We're in a day and age where most restaurants are cutting back portion sizes while massively increasing prices. It's happened to 95% of the places we've gone to in the covid era. But not at Kenosha Brewing. My Reuben and side of fries were enormous and delicious. We had an early 4pm lunch, I didn't have another thing to eat for the remainder of the day. My son got the Italian Beef sandwich and my wife the Calzone. Both were also enormous plates of food. Add in the fact that it's great food, and you've got a true winner here.Loved our visit here, can see making our way back up to visit again. Cheers!

Sorry , I gave you only 3 stars, gf and I wanted to go to a SPORTS BAR to watch the first game of the world series, but there wasn't a Wisconsin team playing so they had music on , which you couldn't hear, then they closed the kitchen down at 9 pm even though the web site said they were opened to 11 pm, because the staff is only there until 10pm... lol so they close at 10 pm, so to my dismay.. thats right my dismay, they kicked us out of the bar at 9:50 pm.. which was the top of the 10th, inning, so I rushed to the car only to find that new cars don't have AM radio an longer.. so by the time I got home. They said it was the best game 1 ever and I missed everything.. oh well... I guess this is what sports bars are now, serve ya.. and get rid of ya... fyi.. the food was great, and our waitress was great too, she just started there, smoked wings AG. And the beef to die for.. but if you want a real sports bar you'll have to go to some ma and pop. Side of the road dive bar, you know the kind.. if they have dice rolling, that's the place you'll find me at next. Will I go back there.. probably not, but nobody loves baseball like me... so cheers to all the cheese heads out there..

My husband Robert and I took a short one hour trip away from home for 11th wedding anniversary. We decided to stop at Kenosha brewing Company because it looks like an interesting place with some good food options. There is plenty of free parking. When you walk in the restaurant to the left there is a gaming area. There are two large banquet rooms (that were both being occupied). There is a nice size bar and they brew their own beer here so there is a lot to look at. Most of the tables are high table but there are a few low. I was not able to take many pictures inside because the lighting is very dark so the food looks way better in person. We started our order off with the nacho appetizer. It was huge but very tasty they use both liquid cheese as well as shredded cheese and the pork pieces were large and very yummy I loved how they added lettuce which made them taste so fresh and delicious. We split a Reuben sandwich. It was delicious and my husband normally does not like warm sandwiches but he loved this one. We ordered the Cajun potatoes as our side and highly recommend them. It also came with a pickle. If we are out this way again we will definitely stop here without hesitation and highly recommend you give it a try.

Was here for a live music night, and my fiancé went to order food at the bar. He ordered and paid TWICE, waited for 15 minutes, and when he asked when they would be ready (he was initially told 5 minutes), was then very rudely told by the bartender that he had to order food with a server outside and they didn't serve food at the bar. Abysmal customer service. I never review and can excuse a lot, but this was absolutely unacceptable.
