Kawa 3rd street

Came here for a quick warm bite and tried the hellfire ramen at the recommendation of the server. I asked for it medium and it was a little too spicy for me to finish it and I am into super spicy foods. My understanding now is that all it the hellfire ramens are spicy even the mild one is "mild spicy." I recommend ordering a different ramen and getting chili on the side to add yourself to your preferred spice level. Bring your own water or get a drink from the bar nearby because they do not have complimentary cups of tap water to cool the hellfire they serve! Vegetarians, keep in mind there were no vegetarian ramens only chicken. I also tried the sweet potato roll. It was ok and I think it was nice they came up with a seasonal roll for the holidays.

This is my son's favorite place to grab a bite when we go to the 3rd Street Market Hall. Everything has always been delicious and service is fast. We love the Market Hall for a few games of bags while having a meal and watching a game on one of the many tv's. Very fun!

Kawa 3rd Street, as the name implies, is located inside the 3rd Street Market Hall. I love that they have sushi options in the market. Came to the 3rd Street Market with a group of five. I love that you can order from anywhere in the market and they'll let you know when your food is ready. Our group sat by the automated beer wall and loved that we could sit there chatting while all ordering on our phones at different eateries in the hall (I think only 2 of the 5 ordered at the same eatery). I ordered Kawa's dragon roll to enjoy with a beer from the beer bar. I got a message on my phone when it was ready and was able to hop over to pick it up. So, while I didn't really interact extensively with folks at Kawa, I appreciated their efficiency and friendliness when I picked up my roll.The roll itself was solid. It wasn't out of this world but was tasty and freshly made. I agree with the Yelp Community that this is a 3.5 star spot but for the purposes of my review, rounded up!

I've been to Kawa few years, we had party here , there food is nice and pretty, fresh fish ,great service!

Came here with some friends over the weekend and gave Kawa a try for the first time. My husband ate the chicken bowl and said it was pretty good. He liked the flavors and said it was rather filling. We shared the crab rangoons which were crispy and amazing! There were only 4 sadly. The edamame was great! Nice and salty. The only reason I took 1 star off is the price was a bit more expensive than I would've expected. I think these three came out to $40.

Kawa was pretty good but I can only compare it to my ol' go to place in Florida when it comes to chicken and steak bowls. - Maui Teriyaki. I got the Kawa chicken bowl and it was pretty good. Had to wait a bit for it, but I could roam the 3rd street food hall while waiting. My pallet isn't as good nowadays but I thought it wasn't as good as Maui. Seaweed was good and plenty of chicken and rice. 3rd St. food hall is bustling with activity, and I enjoyed people watching while eating.

Ordered a Chicken fried rice as recommended by cashier Steven and it was incredible! Ended up being my favorite fried rice in Milwaukee. Will be coming back again in the future.

A restaurant I often go to with my friends on weekends. The owner is very nice. Sushi is my favorite. The dumplings and ramen are also delicious.
