Friendly service, decent prices. It's a run down establishment but the sandwiches are good and you get bang for your buck. I definitely go here for an Italian beef craving and Chicago style hot dog.

I have looked at this place on and off and still no pictures of the food so I haven't been over because I wanted to see if the hot dogs looked good or not, time for a a Steve stop by. The place is super sketchy looking with thick glass but it's across from the police station if that makes you feel better. I wasn't expecting much just looking at the place but I ordered the Chicago red hot and a chili dog to get an idea of the dogs. The Chicago red hot looked pretty close to an authentic Chicago style hot dog but I could see no celery salt on it so it's not going to be a 100% real deal. My first bite was like WOW this is very close to a good authentic Chicago style hot dog so why no celery salt to complete it ??. The Chicago red hot was tasty and pretty good with the steamed poppyseed bun, great Vienna hot dog with relish, tomato, onion, mustard and sport peppers. The toppings were chilled and fresh. The chili dog was good also and I added raw onions. Honestly with the great Vienna hot dog on a steamed any hot dog toppings are going to be a good dog.The hot dogs are good quality and tasty but I don't understand why the signature iconic Chicago celery salt topping was not used to be spot on because almost there. None the less it's mostly a spot on good Chicago style hot dog and I would definitely get them again.

It was really bad. Dry Italian beef on a dry but. Yes bother soaked in "gravy" but it was the worst I've ever had. I had to eat with a fork and it wasn't good to eat. Dry dry dry, nothing like a normal Italian Beef

They are pretty good the only thing keeping me from giving them a 5 star is lobby area. If you cant keep the lobby a little more neat then you don't get a 5 star rating from me.. sorry other then the that the food is simply amazing!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!... They are Serving who knows what as an Italian beef, it taste and smell like literal dog food.. I opened my sandwich in my office and my coworker asked me if I was eating dog food.. they tried to pile the beef with condiments so I didn't see the beef.. it was not an Italian beef at all!..

This is my favorite comfort food place ever. Gyros are lights out and absolutely loaded. Double cheese burger is ridiculously good. Open late, after 2:00am, making it the perfect stop on the way home from the bars.
