Hmm , not here since long ago, was good, is my Grandpa Walt Arndt's World's record record muskie from way long ago still up on the back bar with the clock in it's mouth?Was great then , hope to visit soon; check it, let me know.

Great atmosphere and food. This is one of my favorite hangout spots in Waupaca. Quick service and just a plain friendly place to go

Be not fooled by the appearance of this hole-in-the-wall establishment for their wings hold immense power. An issue the judges had was that we underestimated this place and didn't expect the wings we recieved. The presentation of the wings were fine. They were smothered in this very spicy, yet a hint of sweet, sauce. These wings were fried so we guessed that the texture would be tough. It was not tough, the judges easily pulled the bones from the wings. Absolutely delicious wings and blew our minds. Overall, the score was a 8.8/10.The only reason why points were taken was because we don't give 10s. One judge did get a wing cold in the center. Despite that, excellent wings.

Great staff, good bar food! We've never been disappointed with our burgers, sandwiches, and homemade potato chips. They have some crafty concoctions to create tasty burgers and sandwiches and good beer on tap. Lots of tvs all over the bar to watch whatever sports are on. This is our go to place in waupaca when we want to eat out and watch some football! Service is always on top of things for us; usually Mary behind the bar really keeps on top of refills and checking in to see if we need anything. I did have an oriental salad that left much to be desired but it's a bar, come here and get bar food not salad. But it filled the need for me, i just wanted something healthier while watching the game that day.

Came in with my family for lunch on a Friday afternoon. We were visiting from out of town. This place is great! Good beer, good food, the service was good granted it was slower at lunch time. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be back!

We eill never go back. The price for 2 drinks was more than the cost of our dinners. The food was bar food and the drinks wete weak. The staff catered to regulars and when we complained about price of drinks we were told we could drink at home.

If you work for a living then go else where, they don't deserve your $$. Went to it once on my way thru town. Had a wonderful tapper of fat tire n delicious cheese curds. Then one night I was passing through n had to find something to take home, at 930 called in my order. Ordered a entree n a salad. When I got there I was told the entree wasn't on the menu and that I would receive my other choice. Oh n did I mention I asked the bartender which one they preferred n which she liked more?? Talk about mindless lol. Then I got the order n asked for a side of ranch. The bartender helped but I could hear the cook b*** about it. Got food home only to find 5 whole piecea of iceberg lettuce n a hoagie filled with actual arbys roast beef... called back to speak with superior, and miraculously the bartender didn't remember anything about the sale or my order! Asked for the owner only to be hung up on.

The old fashions were good. The perch and cheese curds were slightly over done. The waitresses were understaffed but busily worked with a smile.

Just stopped in after a Packer game. We were thinking of getting a sandwich and a drink.The place is very dark. Dark wood walls a low dark ceiling.Bartender was friendly enough but very limited food choices.Asked if they had different specials on other days and we were told no, the same menu every day.Hot beef, or pulled chicken (I believe) or pizza, which I think was frozen.Somebody did order a beef sandwich while we were there had it looked fine, but I think they have a couple crockpots going with the meat and put on a hoagie type bun.Just not our type of place.

Been coming here since I was a kid. Great fish fry! JR's Melt is bomb. Try a burger with giardiniera.
