It is HEAVEN ON EARTH and proof that there are gods protecting us. Go to Koehler for a seat, but go to Johnsonville to eat. PS visit Kiel while you're at it.

There's a new, really nice retail store called Johnsonville Marketplace (well it opened up about a year ago). Tons of merchandise and different flavors of brats along with their regular brats and sausage, which I love...yummy! Some of the T-shirts have funny captions and they have all sizes. I'll be back!

I do have insiders knowledge of this business! After reading the reviews of this place, along with directions to the plant.I talked to one of the employees while dropping a semi truck load from a Tyson plant, he told me that they dropped another company because of "problems" with their "product". Problem Solved! For us? No now we have to run our tails off to keep up with them.I was thinking about retiring from my present job, and working here they impressed me that much.

On a photo road trip this weekend, stopped into a grocery shop to pick up some bread and stuff to make a sandwich. Being full of poultry, meats in general, I saw a package of Beddar with Cheddar smoked sausage by this company, in a recloseable bag plus not enuff of it to kill me fo the next few months. I heated it up in a microwave at the hotel and it was quite tasty! I had tried this type previously when I lived in Oregon. Yummy!!!

I tried their Bacon Jerky and it was not bad. I think, out of the packet, it was a bit dry; however, it was edible.

I picked up 2 packages of Johnsonville Italian sausage to make a quick Italian dinner. YUCK! Whoever at this company decided to add horrid carroway seed made a huge mistake. Carroway seed does NOT belong in Italian sausage! Tastes really bad. :(

omg, do not work at their corp office in sheboygan falls, unless you crave to be back in a high school clicky type environment. the credit manager here needs to grow up and treat her personnel professionaly . i can say first hand that they do not trust you, they actually think you are a 60's era joke. lately i see the billboards that claims "my work matters" ..well if it really matters to the ownership, than start acting like professionals., change starts from the top.

I'm from Wisconsin. And although I make my own sausage, I think Johnsonville makes EXCELLENT sausages... that I buy when I'm too lazy to make my own.Full disclosure: I also think the world of Klement and Usinger sausages (both companies from Wisconsin). But I do have something to share about the Johnsonville "one star rating/comment" from someone who had a major problem with "caraway seeds" in Johnsonville's Italian sausages. I'm pretty certain that those seeds he/she found in those sausages were either anise or fennel seeds... (either are VERY appropriate for Italian sausage... caraway is pretty much only used in German bratwurst... not Italian). BTW... I only gave Johnsonville 4 stars because they are not quite as good as mine. ;-)

I worked there for 2 years and before they split up line 3 to go to line 4 impingement at meadowside was the best you could work for everybody went by the rules everybody quotes people and then I was gone for three months because I had gotten pneumonia when I came back it was completely different people did care about the product they were attacking big chunk out of the sausages and actually letting it go through when I would coach the people biggest about caring about the product I was the one that would get in trouble because everybody ganged up on me I mean people were touching trash cans and then touching the product. People's noses were dripping snot out of them right on for the lines where you pack the sausages but because a certain Rover named Reggie I would try to coach him and Alex and because they were a grey helmet but but started working their way after I started they were getting upset at me and everybody ganged up against me because I was caring about the product and the company and the outcome was they discharged me and didn't even give me a reason why. There's nothing I can do about it now except Enlighten people of what does go on while the packaging process happens that people don't care and when a person did come in to the company and actually care what happened was I got discharged.
