Freaky fast, meet freaky slow. Forget getting your sub being handed to you right after you pay. No. Several times I've been in there. After I order, I buy some time. Go to the bathroom, pour my drink, look at my phone, etc. Still no sub. So I start to watch these employees. They're talking, looking around, trying to figure out how to make the subs all confused. Come on, let's GOOOO!I shouldn't be thinking about going to the grocery store next door, buying the ingredients, and making a sub myself because it might be faster. Ughhhh...

The food was fresh & the place was clean. & to top it all off the staff was happy. I will definitely be back!

I love the sub sandwich but they need more delivery drivers because I couldn't get no subs delivered to my location?

I'm not sure why this place is so poorly rated. I ordered online for pick up on my way to the airport. It was ready when I arrived and the food was the same as any other Jimmy Johns! Totally fine. They had quite a few people working and folks were friendly/helpful.

Legit the worst jimmy john's, delivery is the exact opposite of freaky fast. I have ordered here many times (bc I like jimmy john's) and it usually takes around an hour to go 2 miles. No matter what time you order, lunch, dinner, etc

So this one now delivers to our house because the one on KK moved. The last few times we've gotten delivery from this location, we've been less than satisfied with the quality of our sandwiches. Thus, we've stopped ordering from this location. I don't know when we'll order from jjs again, but their sandwich prices have jumped significantly in the last few years. So much that it just doesn't seem worth it because their quality hasn't improved with the increase. So....Staff are always friendly when we go in and/ or get delivery. But the franchise owner is a big loser so I think we'll stop supporting this franchise all together.

Shouldn't let people who are dumb work the register. I asked three times if I could enter my rewards number and she ignored me three times. I'm waiting for my order and have zero confidence that it will be correct.

I order from Jimmy Johns on a regular basis. The food has always been good with the exception of the stale red velvet cookie i had tonight. I did call to report it so they would toss the remaining cookies but not sure if this was done.As for service, i always order online but if there is a question or problem they are very polite to talk to. Service is uneven...one time they had no driver for delivery; several times it has taken 45 min to 1 hr to get here. But recently they have lived up to their fast service reputation.

Online delivery took legitimately 2 hours to arrive.When food did arrive items were missing, and the bread was soggy to the level of disintegrating. Called the store, zero effort or concern was given, the first person I explained the situation to said only: "HOLD ON" then handed the phone to someone else.I explained the situation to the second employee, he said: "nothing we can do, I don't have a driver anymore tonight". Then he hung up on me.I called back and asked for a refund, said I would leave the sandwiches on the porch for them, he then set the phone down for 10 minutes then came back and hung up the phone. Extremely slow service, poor quality food, staff who clearly don't care. After paying $35, I will never go to this eat at this location again.
