Jersey Mike's Subs

Great Jersey Mike's location. Semi new. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I ordered the club with chips and a drink. The meat is sliced fresh, and the vegetables are fresh as well. Very delicious sandwich. Dining area and bathrooms cleanliness is immaculate. Menu is kind of expensive, but with the economy it is understandable. Definitely a return trip.

Jersey Mike's subs are priced above their competitors because they are much bigger, fresher, and frankly better. This is why my family chose Jersey Mike's. We have visited this location numerous times since they opened. Lately we have been ordering using the app for a quicker experience the subs are always ready before the posted time in the app which is awesome. The only complaint I have is the app makes it easy to get your order wrong so have to double and triple check your order. The other issue I have is sometimes the staff don't follow the special instructions on the mobile order, like adding extra mayo. So today ordered got home and discovered some how I choice the wrong bred for my wife's sandwich and did not deselect tomato; and her sandwich was dryer then she likes even through I wrote extra extra mayo. So in combination I was in the dog house. Reordered her sandwich and when I went to pick it up asked if it had extra mayo (store was empty) no one could say but they provided some extra mayo packets. Got home and had a happy wife.

Every time we go in, there's a new crew of employees and the service is awful. Look, your major competitors are Subway, Cousins, and they're just kicking butt. Everyone looks crazy lost in this place. Cashier more interested in flirting with the grill guy than ringing people up. Toppings guy trying to break into the conversation to get food to the cashier. Order taker trying to push orders through and bumping into grill guy who keeps wandering over to cashier, on and on we go. At least they were too distracted to notice all the angry looks from all the people waiting in line. This has been a consistent problem - do yourself a favor and go through the drive through at the Cousins on HWY 50/I 94. Hopefully someone new can manage this place and pull out of the hot mess it's been for the last few years.

Stopped in for a little mini sub which turned out to be bigger than the competitors many and I was pleasantly surprised. Cold cuts are freshly cut on the meat slicer, impressive! The wheat bread did lack a little luster and texture was kind of airy. But the toppings were freshly cut and I opted for lettuce and tomato with oregano.

This is the best Jersey Mike's location! The food is amazing. They always have the gluten free bread in stock. My only complaint is the staff was very shy and quiet. There was one employee who was awesome but I didn't get his name. I recommend everyone go to this location.

ordered a #1 and a #6 from here on doordash. I received only one sandwich with all of the toppings from both sandwiches jammed inside. What the heck is that all about?

Showed up at 8:45 and they were closed up. I get people want to leave but don't advertise you're open till 9 then close before

I loved Jersey Mike's... That was my go to treat for working 60 hours a week. I would go twice a week because it was my favorite. Today ...on the app remote order , I asked for extra Mayo. The entire sandwich was white ...the bread was covered in mayo so I couldn't even hold it because it was so slippery with mayo. It literally was dripping with mayo?!! I had to throw the sandwich out because there's no way I can eat that in the car on my way back to work. ......grossed me out so much I don't think I can go back. Gonna miss you Jersey Mike's.
