Jersey Mike's Subs

We all know that Jersey Mikes sandwich is top 3 sandwiches in the US. This review is to highlight the incredibly helpful, polite, attentive and kind staff that helped us tonight. We came in from a long day at about 850 when they closed at 9. We apologized and the staff couldn't have been cooler about it. Sandwiches were made quickly, the girls at the counter were talkative and friendly. I ordered a giant and asked for juice on only half my sandwich so I could take the other half to work. Without asking, she cut my sandwich in half, put each half in their own bag, and even labeled the one without juice. With restaurant experiences being so hit or miss these days it's great to go to somewhere and see a staff like this.

Never a disappointment when going to JM. Food is always good. The service is always friendly. They can get a little busy during lunchtime but have enough seating room to accommodate if you plan to dine in.Alway my first choice sandwich shop because I can depend on everything being fresh the bread is always nice and soft. My goto sandwich #17 famous Philly or Chipotle steak and cheese. For the hot subs. And the deli subs, I love the fact that they slice the meat as it's being ordered my goto cold sub #13 the original Italian.

I've lived in New Jersey and many other states. Finally I found a sub like the subs in New Jersey! Delicious!!! The Italian Mikes way, is our favorite. Everything is sliced fresh, right in front of you. The BEST sub place around! You won't be disappointed!!!

Stopped in on the way home never having a Jersey Mike's sub before. I loved that they sliced the meat right there in the shop as you order your sandwich. They give you choices on the size of subs. They were practicing social distancing. I will definitely be back. I just wish they had one in my town.

My Wife and I dashed some subs, we wanted to try the butterscotch tasty cake. They didn't have any, so we were surprised with 3 extra cookies. I called the store to thank them for doing that and even leaving a note apologizing in the bag. Huge thank you to Abigail for not only taking the initiative to make it right, also communicating that they didn't have any. I could have easily thought my order was wrong, but she went over and beyond with leaving a note.

I went here on Thursday and had a very good experience. The food was great. I tried the new salsa verde chicken sandwich after the manager Matt recommended it. As I was waiting in line to pay, I watched as the manager seemed to be training a new employee. He was calm and encouraging, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The young lady Kaitlin I think her name was, was running back and forth helping make sandwiches, ringing customers out, and cleaning the dining area when there were no more customers in line. I will definitely be back.

Food was good. Mathew on the other hand was horrible. He was very rude the second I walked before I even placed my order. After I told him my order he wrong it up as the wrong sandwich and I did not notice until I had my receipt. Tried to get his attention and he ignored me until the sandwich was made. Al thought I ended up with the wrong sandwich. It was a good sandwich.

I recently stopped in to buy lunch for myself and a friend. I purchased two giant subs. Both being around 16 dollars. So I was surprised that when looking at my bill it was a total of $64.39. I was charger 26 dollars for extra meat. When asking the manager about the extra charge. She said, "that was just how it is." But let me know I should have not been charged 6 times for extra meat. I guess then charging me extra was my fault. Buyer beware!!!!Wish i could give negative stars.

Used to love these subs, now they are super tiny and still the same price. They downsized their sub like 25%-35%. It's such a shame when businesses cut back on cost and in turn make a inferior product. No longer the best subs In town. Instead of Jersey Mikes subs they should be called little baby subs.

I ordered 2 hot sandwiches today and asked to get food mike's way. I asked them if they made it mike's way, they said no because that wasn't the way I ordered it. Blaming a customer for your mistakes is not a good way to run a business. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.
