I came in to pick up a delivery and had to wait almost 30 minutes and it wasn't busy in the restaurant. There was only two people working.

Unhappy employees making a normally good restaurant a total dump. Don't waste your time at this location. I've never been to a restaurant with such crabby people. I'll never go back. Also it's not very clean.

excellent service, clean restaurant, and perfect made to order subs. We needed a gluten free sub and the staff as extremely attentive and took extra care to make sure everything was properly wiped down. It's extra effort and it was so much appreciated- staff really was over the top and we feel they should get a shout out for fabulous service- Tay, James, Eric, Devin and James. Best service we've received in a restaurant in a long time.

My daughter has Celiac disease and Jersey Mike's is always a safe place for her to eat. The staff at this location did a great job ensuring the area was clean and took proper measures, without complaint, to make sure they did not cross contaminate. They were also friendly and very understanding.

Went to Jersey Mike's in Kenosha 9-25-2024 it seam like something was wrong when I went in to the the store first thing they took off number 9 ask the lady she said read the sign they get the meat yeah sure so I went to order a wrap the woman that was helping was a jerk tell me Three times Mike's way she was a jerk then she put two PCs of bacon on and I ask one the jerk of a lady said you have to pay instead of fixing my concern with my sandwich. Also making me too she didn't deserve a tip she deserved so more training or a coaching. Won't be coming back rather go to your competitors and give them my money.

Great quality sandwiches and excellent customer service! And a special shout out to Abby! Abby made a bunch of sandwiches very fast and perfect quality! Both of the women who were working at about 7:30pm on Sunday 8/20 were super awesome but I only caught Abby's name. Thank you both! I will definitely come back here :)
