It's has been a year since i was last at Jersey Mikes and I have always had great experiences with both service and food. Went there a couple weeks ago and it was not good at all! what a Total disappointment! this place has gone downhill since i was last there. Their Cookies were the best! I was so looking forward to them. The cookies were super over cooked to the point that they were not edible and i threw them away. My chipotle chicken sandwich was nowhere close to how delicious and tasty it was a year ago. i don't know what's changed but I won't go back

My first visit was 5 star. Ran like a well oiled machine. Second visit I placed my order through the app. I picked it up and brought it home and it wasn't my order. It didn't even have my name on the ticket it said someone else's name. I didn't have time to address it so was stuck eating a tuna sub. To avoid that happening again on my third visit I went in to order. Everyone working there was more concerned with taking care of the online orders than the people there waiting. The food is good but the service took a sharp decline

Disgusting dirty troll people making good food! Just don't watch them touch your uncooked food! I ordered in the app so I could get there and get my food on lunch. I ordered at 11:50 and got there at 12:07. I got an email saying my order will be ready at 12:28 after I got there. I counted a steady line of 37 people who came after me and got sandwiches by ordering at the counter, so at 12:20 I asked why I was still waiting? I was told the app told 12:28 so that's when you get it. I told him I didn't get the time until after I paid and drove over or I wouldn't have ordered. He told tough, that's how the app works and stood there making sure I didn't get my food until 12:28. Meanwhile he was wiping his nose on his arm from his glove up to his elbow and touching his face with his gloves on. Like the greasy long ponytail wasn't disgusting enough for a food establishment. Throw in a rude troll who makes sure you know your money isn't appreciated! Avoid this location!

We did Doordash, & this was the 1st time I've had Jersey Mikes; I loved them! I ordered the ham & cheese, it was delicious. I'm a big fan of Cousins, & this place, at least to me, tasted just like Cousins.

My dad had their famous Philly Cheesesteak and loved it. I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch and it was the worst that I have ever had. I ended up feeding it to my dogs.

Had a great experience here. I rarely go to Jersey Mikes anymore because my local one (in NC) is crap. It was so refreshing walking in to smiling faces and people who don't hate their job. The dude on slicer was awesome and engaging in conversation. Everyone in general was upbeat and happy and that just really makes a difference. Also my sub was on point.
