Jersey Mike's Subs

First time at a Jersey mikes, so I was excited to try them. Grand opening weekend so it was crazy busy. Got a Philly cheese steak. Opened it in the car and was super disappointed. Picture below. Wow to being under filled, I could barely see any meat. It was super dry too. All bread!!! . Also got the turkey club. No one ever asked me what I wanted on it so I got a sandwich with no "fixings" on it. No lettuce, nothing. I love Subs and this was about the worst subs I ever had. Maybe a little more training is need? Such a waste of money. I

Just opened last month so a lot to be forgiven. I'm sure they are told to be friendly but one young woman who says she was in training was so over the top she came across as phony.Not enough oil and vinegar on my sandwich but still the best of its type. Subway should take a few lessons here.

Jersey Mikes is fresh and fast. The establishment is kept clean. I have had the veg and turkey and other family members have enjoyed their ham and roast beef.

Best subs in Delavan made fresh to order. The way a sub should be made super friendly Staff.

Stopped in this location and ordered a giant #3. Went to eat it and there was literally no meat on the sandwich. I called the store and was told to take a picture and next time they would remake. Went back and talked to the guy general manager and was basically told I was lying and that they over slice all the sandwich's. I showed him the picture which he didn't believe until I showed him my receipt. I told him I usually go to another location which I have good luck with and he's actually said that location is "shit" and I should go to Crystal lake instead. For being a GM and talking bad about other stores I definitely won't be going back. I have Jimmy John's right next to this location I'll go to.

They have the best tasting subs. A little pricey but good. I recommend getting it Mikes way.

First time at this sandwich shop. They were very busy and the staff was excellent in getting my sandwich make. I would come back again.

I think Sharon P went a little overboard with her criticism of her sub. She must've been having a bad day. If it was that bad she should've gone back in to the store and complained about it to you rather than posting a bad review on this website.
