For a sandwich shop, Jersey Mike's is a 5-star sandwich! The bread is baked fresh and it's delicious. Try the hot subs for something different. The Big Kahuna Cheese Steak is delicious and you won't be disappointed.

Don't use mobile ordering at this location. Have tried twice and waited past the promised time while people came in the shop ordered and left before my order was even started. Mobile ordering should be turned off if they don't want to prepare these orders when received. Customer service is very lacking at this location . I won't be back.

NO BREAD Friday 6pm placed an order on the app. Took the 20 min drive to the store to be greeted with "You have two options, refund or we can make them bowls. We have no bread". Just like that! Not even a sorry. Bam no bread!There were 15 people tickets just sitting there and the printer was just print more and more orders. Maybe if this happens again you can call the people and save them the drive. Not like the 5 workers there were making sandwiches you had no more bread!! I had 8 people at home waiting for me. I just don't understand. You are a sandwich shop why don't you have bread? Make extra have a reserve. How much would 30 loafs of bread cost? $20 bucks? How much did it cost you to have 6 people standing around for 4 hours and all the business you lost. Maybe that's Mike's way. How about say sorry next time too!

Wife and I were going out for a couple subs tonight and wanted something different from Subway so we Googled Antioch and read some reviews for Jersey Mike's and Jimmy Johns. Jimmy John's were better, so off we went. They were closed and it was only 5:10! We looked across the street, and there was Jersey Mikes! We got two of the best subs we've had in a long time! Placed an online order to be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived to pick it up 21 minutes later only to be told they have to bake our wheat bread first. Fix your app, or make sure employees are keeping proper inventory and not stealing food. This happens a LOT at this and the Round Lake Beach locations.

Possibly the slowest group of millennials I've ever seen. The person talking my order got upset I wanted my sandwich with no tomato like I was being a burden lol. This location is not the greatest. Terrible service. Trying to rush everyone through too quickly left me with having to be rung up twice and a sandwich ordered "without bread" on bread with no toppings at all. "Go to the middle for toppings." Except the middle was not keeping up with the cashier and the cashier rung me up before they were done and didn't charge for the bacon. Had to ring the bacon separate because they were in too much of a rush to ring people out. My sandwich "without bread" has bread on it. I can't even eat it because I have a grain allergy. I guess because it was "special" they did ZERO toppings on it from "in the middle". It went directly to the cashier from the grill. She handed me the bag, never asked if I wanted lettuce or anything "from the middle" Heres your chicken and cheese on bread. Have a nice day. Maybe instead of rushing to ring people out, you could take their orders first.
