REALLY good! This was a food truck that was at Art History in Geneva - we were actually late but the gentleman that was in the truck stayed late and we were SO glad he did! We tried RIBEYE MACARONI & CHEESE & the BEAT'BOPPIN BBQ RIBS - both were amazing! The meat was so easy to cut I used my plastic spoon! The flavors were so good - not spicy but super flavorful!!
