JAK’s Ohana

I tried JAK's Ohana as a part of on site catering at my work. I ordered the chicken katsu wrap and it was okay. The chicken katsu itself was delicious and perfectly coated. The sauce was also great and slightly tangy. The tortilla used for the wrap was cold, which really didn't help and would have been much better if it were warmed. The wrap also could have been helped by having some more flavors/veggies or something as even though the sauce and chicken were good, it was overall pretty bland. That said, I'm excited about their food and I want to give them another try when they're not having to serve as an on site caterer without their proper truck.
