Ivy's Oh So Sweet

Everyone reviewing the place says it's cute Well it is cute. Very cute. Good ice cream, mid century ice cream parlor décor, sunny and inviting. I do think a place like this should also serve fresh hot coffee and maybe some coffee-ice cream drinks.

Really good creamy ice cream! It's just adorable inside with booths and a very few window bar stools. They also have seating outside and if you cross the street a nice gazebo to sit in.

Cute place. Needs some more decor on the walls to give it that old school ice cream parlor feel! I had the strawberry shortcake, it was pretty good, the biscuit could have used a little more sweetness, and maybe an extra scoop of ice cream. My husband had 2 scoops on a waffle cone. $15 seemed a bit high though for those 2 items, hence the 4 stars, but all in all we were pleased.

We went for the first time after having dinner in the area last week. The young woman serving the ice cream was adorable and so helpful. The ice cream itself is pretty good, with a good selection. The size of a one scoop doesn't come close to any other cone we have ordered elsewhere before. The quantity of one scoop of ice cream doesn't even reach the top of a waffle cone. No big deal, but people should know this. The turnoff for me was the attitude of the owner who was running the cash register. We were a party of 3. I received my cone and sat down. My daughter was having hers made and my husband was next in line. We were the only guests in the building. I hear a very loud "ARE YOU ALL TOGETHER?" obviously directed at me, as I was in a booth but yet my husband and daughter were close to her. No, I'm by myself and not going to pay, but yet sit in your establishment and eat my stolen ice cream lol. It was odd. I watched when my husband paid. Not a smile or thank you. Nothing. Maybe it's just me, but if you are the owner of a retail establishment that serves the public, you might want to be nice. Fake it if you have to. I don't think we will be back.

This place is adorable. The two young ladies were so kind and welcoming. the ice cream options were plentiful and such a charming place. It's great stop in and try a scoop! Get a sprinkle waffle cone!

Super cute nostalgic ice cream shop. We took our grandkids there and they loved it. They had a good variety of flavors and also had gluten free options.

Best milkshake I have ever had. Super friendly staff. Love their selection of old fashioned candy.

they like to have that they are open on google and apple maps but they aren't really open if you are not open or are not going to be open at least have a sign on the door/window/outstide/ect...

Great flavors and the waffle cones tasted very fresh. Staff was friendly and offered us sample tastes to make our final selections. Can't wait to stop back in again so I can spoil my dinner!
