It's Poppin

This is my favorite popcorn place. It's a pitstop for me whenever I'm visiting my family in Wisconsin. Their popcorn is so good I have to have it special delivered to me every once in a while all the way to Texas! The gifts are so unusual and unique. I have bought presents here for my family and for myself.

It's Poppin has exceptional customer service! My experience is with a recently placed curbside, pick-up order. Because I traveled a long distance to the store, the staff suggested confirming the order was correct before leaving. Silly me didn't check the order until the next day and found we were short a bag of pretzels. When I called to let them know I was missing part of my order, Danielle immediately made up for it. Knowing I had come so far for their delicious pretzels, she mailed a tub of sassy, seasoned pretzels to my home.Mistakes happen but it's how retailers deal with rectifying a situation that lets you know just how good a business they are. And It's Poppin is not just a good business, they're a great business!

Westfield is a halfway stopping point on our visits to see family up North and today I was able to "pop" in to this cute little snack stop. To my surprise they had more than just popcorn, they had truffles, ice cream and a cute little boutique area if you need a cute gift. There was part of me that said this was a bad habit to start on our road trips ... but an ohhh so yummy one. There were to young ladies working behind the counter and once I engaged in conversation with them they were super friendly to share their favorites! I ended up with large buckets of Rocky Road & Crazy Combo... and a small bucket of Sea Salt & Chocolate (delicious)! I will be back to try some more, well done "It's Poppin" :)

Popped corn pickled style. Tastier than the Red, White and Blue. But that's between me and you. Great ice cream too. And so many types of cusges you'll be licking your fingers until the cat comes home.

Great service. Clean store & restrooms. Delicious and addicting popcorn. A must stop!

A must stop on our way north and of course on our way back home! Best popcorn around! Great selection of popcorn flavors and fudge. Great ice cream flavors too! Cute gift ideas and good variety of cheese available as well.

Friendly staff welcomed me at the door. Great variety of flavored popcorn and ice cream along with gifts and souvenirs. Very reasonable prices!

Last Saturday my husband and I stopped at It's Poppin' as we had many times in the past. My daughter had their popcorn at her wedding and even had their business cards out and had them listed in her wedding program. She was touched by their story on how the business was started and their late brother's love of flavored popcorn. Last fall we even stopped in and purchased two large tins for Christmas presents for our son & daughter along with refilling a large container that we had purchased there in the past.This is where it gets strange! When we presented the tin to be refilled we were told that we didn't by the tin there and that they wouldn't refill it. When shown the cover of the tin with their logo sticker on top, she doubled-down and said that wasn't theirs, as if we just put their sticker on the cover so that we could get a discount on popcorn. After seeing the sticker she said "OK I will fill it just this time!". I then presented the customer punch cards and was told "we don't accept them anymore - we need your cell phone number instead". This exchange took place with a store full of customers.I personally feel duped in recommending their store to many others over the past few years. We have spent $ hundreds, (yes that's correct, we have credit card receipts to confirm purchases of all of the tins). Perhaps their business has grown to where repeat business and customer loyalty are no longer needed. "WE WILL NO LONGER BE STOPPING AT IT'S POPPIN"
