I've visited twice now: the coffee has been outstanding and the same employee was there both times, they're so sweet and helpful and patient with my indecisiveness haha! The inside is clean and modern, a little loud / echoing at times but no worries there, just pop in some earbuds. I could chill here for hours.

I've been to Interval on a couple of occasions and have enjoyed the experience. Most recently, I stopped by here on a Sunday morning for coffee date with my husband. Some spots can be incredibly busy with little seating on a Sunday morning but we were happy to find Interval busy but not overly so. We were able to easily find a table. I ordered one of their seasonal specialty coffees (pumpkin spice) and an order of their avocado toast. My husband ordered the same food and drink order. We requested our pumpkin spice lattes be made with oat milk (they don't have almond). They are made with actual pumpkin (no syrups) and a variety of spices. They're not overly sweet and really just a dreamy little latte. The avocado toast is an elevated version of the classic with whipped avocado over crusty sourdough, kimchi, some sort of chili oil, and a sprinkling of cilantro with mixed greens tossed in a citrus vinaigrette on the side. It was also lovely. The prices are higher than your typical coffee house coffee and breakfast, but the food is elevated and the coffee drinks are expertly rendered ($40+ for two 12 oz lattes and two orders of avo toast). The inside is sleek, clean, and modern and they also have some outdoor seating as well!Get to it!

Amazing tea carefully steeped under the watchful eyes of a great barista made my 30-minute stay a relaxing joy. Good music, too.

I haven't been to a coffee shop that had the vibe like interval did! So let me get into it! The food was great the cashiers/barista really knew the menu and offered ideas for what we might want to try and what is good on the menu. Finding someone like that isn't an easy thing. It does really show one that the staff have a great deal of passion. I got the avo toast and it was very fresh and tasty. I did like side salad it had with it too. It's like that one two punch a dish needs! The service was great how friendly and nice the staff was very refreshing since it can be hard to find genuine staff that really try to make your day better. The atmosphere made me feel like I should be there. The music and the vibe really makes you wanna stay longer! Overall, I will say give interval a try for good food and great music!

This is seriously one of the best stops we had on our trip to MKE. The service was absolutely incredible. I decided to take the baristas recommendation on their slightly sweetened cappuccino and and it was a divine coffee.

There is something about Interval that keeps people coming - good coffee (pour overs, espresso based hot or iced drinks, unique specialty drinks and cold brew), yummy breakfast and brunch food, cool yet very friendly vibes, and nice baristas. The Bay View location was just so busy even during early AM in their opening weekend. We have been a fan of their original location and we were so excited to visit their new location. In our two visits, we tried their four new drinks: Ameri-cola, strawberry lemongrass espresso tonic, vanilla bourbon latte, and banana caramel cold brew. We also got their regular menu items - cortado, breakfast sammy, and chai oat latte. The new drinks are all not complicated yet successful recipes that taste good and not overly sweet (if you know how easily specialty coffee drinks can be overly done nowadays) and we would recommend them! The regular food and drinks still taste familiarly good. Hope they can keep this kind of high-quality service and drinks in this very busy location going forward!

Lovely place inside and out. Quiet, good place to do some work. Friendly staff, knowledgeable. When I asked what was vegan on the menu, they pointed to two salads and one cookie. I ordered one cookie on my first visit and while it took about 10 minutes to come out of the kitchen, it was warm and very good. On my second visit, I was able to get a vegan Chai drink. Their Rishi blend didn't have honey in it, which is terrific as most blends do, so you have to ask every place you go. I'd like to come here more often, as soon as they get more vegan food on their menu. I hope someone puts the water fountain back on the patio, too.

Love coming to Interval. I've been a huge fan of their original location and when they opened up a bigger location I was pumped. Great space for working with excellent service and a rotating seasonal menu worth the try. Great for a coffee date and some yummy food. Only downside is it can get a little smoky with the kitchen being there but truly don't mind. Great natural light and an outdoor space for the warmer days.

Went in Saturday morning 11/9 and had a great experience! The staff were very friendly, inviting and professional. I especially noticed that even though it is a vibe where you order and the counter and they bring it out to you, the guy behind the counter also brought us waters and came by to clear our plates when we finished. This stood out to me since most places just have a place where you put your tray above a trash can and clear the plate yourself. The food was also really great! We both got the salmon toast (can't remember the exact name) but it was great and so was the side salad. Our pumpkin spice lattes were also delicious! I got oat milk and my friend got dairy. Both were great and pretty. The only reason I took off a star is because I do wish there were a few more food options. The menu is pretty limited and from past pictures it seems maybe they used to have more to pick from? Either way, overall this place is great!
