Customer service needs improvement. I was handed three containers. Then asked if I wanted help. I had three containers no big deal. But after getting home and realizing I did not receive all the food. When I called the gentleman blamed it on me said they offered help. I said it was only three containers why was I not told about the 4th container? He said it was here and pretty much said figure it out. If I left a container why wouldn't anyone call? Or better yet say as I walk out there is another container?? Nothing was on the counter Disappointed. Make sure to have all food before leaving. Manager is not helpful

I do not recommend this place. Bad sauce, gross italian "sausage".. it was like ground up cat food in the shape of a sausage. Overpriced for processed italian food. The tiramisu was frozen and not made fresh. I'll never go back here, bad quality.

Went here with my family, the waitress was nice and attentive, she said she had been working there for 40+ years. Family owned. The food was okay, but the prices were fantastic. So much food for so cheap. You can get 3 meals out of one mea that's how big the portion sizes are. The pizza was by far the best thing. The no longer have espresso, milk, or dessert.

we have ordered pizza from Infusino's for years and for the last year their pizza quality has been hit or miss. We had a relative who wanted us to bring her a pizza for Xmas eve. It had to be the worst pizza they have ever made. We are also tired of going to pick up a pizza and listening to the owner yelling at the employees. Its across town but Wells Brothers will get all our pizza business from now on.

When I first got the pizza I was super excited to eat it. When I opened the box a wave of emotion came over me. I was very upset to see very little sausage on my SAUSAGE MUSHROOM pizza. My co-worker was in tears crying because there was little to no sausage on his pizza slices. He is now in the hospital and we don't know if he will make it. Long story short I will be taking my business else where.

I ordered from this restaurant on DoorDash. And I was told by a store employee they aren't on door dash even though a person fromDoor dash just delivered half of what we ordered. The employee was very rude. I asked for the manager and the said employee asks me why. She then yells back at the manager I assume. Such very bad customer service.

Hadn't had the gnocchi recently so thought we'd grab it to go. Shocked by the price...It had gone from $9.95 last year to $13.95. Thats quite a jump for potato and bland marinara sauce. Plus the Italian bread was stale. And, did not get the dressing that we asked for with the iceberg lettuce salad...Unless golden Italian is now creamy Italian. For that price increase, we will not be going back.

There was no milk or lemonade for kids to order, because you were out. We ordered a thin crust pizza received thick crust. The server never asked us how our food.
