I usually order a take-out from this place but the phone people need to work on their skills. They probably don't even look at Yelp to figure out how to improve. They never repeat your order when you call them and they never give you a price. Their mostly like just the facts without any good natured politeness. I remember a medium us3d to be 6.40 to 8.00 dollars in 1990.The pizza i was been getting lately is still good just too much salt. I mostly concerned with customer phone orders and salt on the pizza. Sometimes the pizza has black marks on the bottom. I used to take pizza orders you repeat the order back you tell them how much it's gonna be and how long. If the customer has cash they know how much to bring. it a easy concept. I hope the mgr is reading this.

Excellent pizza! Have been coming here since I was a kid. The pizza made fresh, and the staff is awesome. A must try is the deep fried veggies! Awesome to say the least. We had a local location of Infusino's in Burlington but it closed. Very disappointing! But we still have Racine! Must try!

I recently tried Infusino's Italian dinners. Their pizza is good, but since I moved here from NY I have been looking for Italian dinners. I got a chicken parmigiana dinner from there and it was not good. There were 3 chicken breasts that looked as if they were frozen and thawed out. Extremely small pieces reminiscent of chicken tenders. There was not a lot of cheese on it. The container was filled with spaghetti and 3 chicken tenders were hastily thrown on top with a little cheese and little sauce. Absolutely did not get my $10. I'd recommend the pizza from here, but not anything else. The actual restaurant was not clean looking and I was hesitant about eating the food. Not sure how this place stays open.

I ate there with friends and the pizza was just alright. However, what really turned us off is hearing the manager yelling and cussing at a poor staff member as we were eating. Managers should never yell at their employees and, worse yet, yell at them within earshot of customers. I hope that the manager sees this, apologizes to the employee, and changes his ways. Otherwise Infusino's will continue to lose employees along with its customers.

Ordered pizza for a girl scout troop at Jellystone and it took two hours to arrive. Numerous calls to find out where the pizza was and each time was told pizza was "on it's way" and we would be "taken care of"... When the pizza finally did arrive it was cold. Have called numerous times and each time have been told we will be called back and have never heard back from anyone. Now have been told we need to call back at the end of the week. The epitome of poor customer service.

The food is good but I don't recommend hosting a party here the server was horrible the owner came in and was going on and on about how expensive dough and sauce is we paid like $400 for 32 people and we didn't even have 32 people and they wouldn't lower down the price and 2 were baby's that didn't even eat and they brought us pizzas that no one wanted to eat and we didn't even ask for them and the waiter gave themselves a $65 tip and they only deserved like a $10 tip because of how horrible the service was
