Service... it was packed.. to the gills and I believe they only had one waitress. On a Saturday night, one waitress and every table and all the seats at the bar packed? Seriously that was insane. No refills on anything. ( water, bread, soda). The place itself had a cool vibe. Food is why the 2 stars. It was hot, big portions but there was no way to eat it due to lack of serving utensils. After awhile, I just gave up and got a to go box. Perhaps I can figure out how to eat it tomorrow?! Perhaps I will give it another chance? The lunch menu looked pretty good and they do have fish fry on Fridays... but man it was pretty expensive tonight ..

We are visiting for the Weekend and the one place that every other person said was The Best Italian try "INFUSINO'S ITALIAN RESTAURANT" In the City of Kenosha I am thinking let's try it!! Pulling up to the restaurant my first instincts are Packed, Spacious and Clean Parking Lot, very well lit with GREAT Outdoor Seating. WOW beautifully styled fast seating, table immediately ready and available 5:00pm. Server introduced herself and we ordered beverages quickly. Clean bathrooms, I MUST wash my hands. I expected to receive the olive oil and herbs by now however this would have allowed my appetite to not increase, but it has been a long day. I am hungry. Did not receive the fresh calamari however got the most amazing Homemade Toasted Ravioli (Below) Fettuccini Diablo w/spinach, sausage and garlic. "OhMyGod!!! " it was supreme!! I ordered 5 pizzas to be delivered yesterday for a family party and the food was amazing! Everyone loved it. we got a kick out of the delivery guy who looked like Alice Cooper and drove a Halloween van too! Great experience and I will be sure to order from them again.

We have a few experiences here now and I notice wide swings in consistency and flavor in the dishes. Sauce tastes varies and consistency of the sauce varies each time. Pizza too, but less so, sauce is very thick and paste like in fact with very little seasoning. Very mild for sensitive palates who think I-Talian food is spicy. The inside atmosphere is definitely heavy on the locals vibe as a nice neighborhood eatery would be, and the bar is welcoming to eat at. This might be a fun place to watch the game over pizza or have a fish fry, more for the feel than the food.People are are super nice and attentive too!

The restaurant is beautiful! We have gone there a few times and haven't had a bad meal ever. The steak is even awesome!! Took friends there last night and they asked why we didn't take them here before this. Probably is our favorite restaurant now and we live in Illinois.

Living here in Kenosha 22 years and missed this gem. I do all the cooking but sometimes need a break, usually Italian food is a disappointment. We've tried most places and found them to be so-so. Infusino's is way above all we have ordered from in town. I dont usually write reviews but this place deserves one. This was our second time ordering delivery from them. Both times they delivered at the time they told us and the food was hot and delicious. This time we ordered the Portabello Viviana ravioli and the Chicken Portofino, 20 minutes after eating we are still talking about how good it was, you could tell the pasta was home made and the sauces were amazing. Just total perfection on all fronts.
