We booked this venue for our wedding reception and are very pleased.We really liked their customer service from the day we stepped in the door to look at the place to the end of the wedding night as we left. They never took longer than 1 business day to reply to an email or phone call and made sure all of our questions were answered.They set up our decorations for us and did an outstanding job! It was just how I had pictured it in my head. The food was excellent and all the guests were raving about it. We got to take the left over food home the next day and we had people offering / begging to take left overs off our hands. The servers and management were very attentive to both my husband and I AND our guests. The room was very spacious as well so no one felt crowded.If we have another event where we need to rent a venue we will come here first.

This is one of our favorite restaurants. Excellent food Large portions--we often share a meal or bring the extra home for another delicious meal, Best Lasagna in town. Excellent large sirloin steaks (Angus beef) very reasonable, very good pizza although we like DeRangos Pizza better.

I have attended a number of banquets at the banquet hall and always enjoyed the food. I have also helped plan a banquet there, and had a good experience with the staff from that side of things.

The food here isn't as good as it is on Washington Street but the bartender here serves some heavy handed white russians and they're cheap too!

Its a good family restaurant in Racine, WI. It also can be packed at times

Very disappointed with costumer care! I have been shopping around for banquets for a event! I have called left message and no call back ok maybe a glitch called two more times no call back! When i ordered food i asked person if there is another place i can call because the number i call never returns my call she told me that the person is there to call so i did and guess what no answer but i finally got a call back and made appointment to set up dates and what not just to be forgotten and phone calls ignored!

This is the kind of place you go to if (1) you need to feed your 12 year old kid's soccer team for less than $100 or (2) your definition of a good restaurant is one that you take food home from. Huge portions, low prices, lots of red sauce and undistinguished pasta.

I will have a hard time ever frequenting this establishment again. I planned my husband's surprise 40th birthday party here and confirmed 3 times prior to the day the number of people. Arranging the party was simple and Carol was very helpful. On the night of the party, all of my guests (23 total with small children) arrived on time to be seated only to be told that they didn't have a table. To make a long story short, the guests had to wait in the crowded entryway for 40 minutes before they were seated! The hostess was incredibly rude making comments loud enough for them to hear such as "I am so sick of them coming and asking how long this will be". No one during the wait apologized to my guests and they all told me how rude other staff was. They also put the entire party split up into different tables! What is the point of taking a reservation for a party if the people can't even sit together!?? I was at home waiting to bring my husband who was getting very irratable as he thought we were just going to dinner and he was getting upset at the time that had passed. This further ruined my mood. My husband and I arrived at the restaurant a short time later and the poor waitress was struggling to help such a large table. A second one came a short time later. We did not get a salad or bread at this place until 8:15pm. This is ridiculous with small children to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for food. When I went to see a different hostess (older lady) she just completely ignored me as I was standing there asking her for our salad and bread to be brought out. WOW! Unbelieveable. Although the food was awesome, a lot of the guests had to leave early as the kids were exhausted and unable to sit for that long. Another elderly guest had to leave as he has Parkinsons and was having difficulty sitting for that time period. Only about half of the invited people were able to stay for the cake. The biggest thing is that the waitress told me they compensated me with "free soda pitchers they were going to throw away anyway"- I kid you not- that was what was said! Don't get me wrong- both of my waitresses tried very hard to make up for the poor service but I guess I expected a little more to be done to correct the problem. A gift card for a future visits or a visit from the owner (who was there- my waitress told me!) would have been nice but he refused to come out and talk with me. No discount was given at all except for the "free soda" and speaking to the owner has done nothing for me. If you're willing to sacrifice even average service for good food- this is the place to go!
