What a wonderful cafe - the coffee is very good (well roasted, variety of options), the food is hearty (try the avocado toast!), and the mission is good. A friend suggested the spot for a meet up, and even though it was a busy Saturday morning we were still able to find a high top seat, and didn't have to wait long for our drinks. Try a drive through option if you're in a hurry, but definitely give the cafe a try!

I had to go here to try the coffee flight!! You cannot mix and match as you please - you have to get their specific options that they have listed for the flight. It's always 4 of the seasonal drinks. There was 1 I wasn't super excited to try, but you can't swap. It turned out okay, because I ended up liking that one (as well as the other 3!). It was nice to be able to sample different flavors for my first visit here. The flight is definitely shareable IMO, decent sized glasses! I'll be back to try other coffees, and I want to try some food - especially the bagel sandwiches.

What a nice coffee shop. Their mission to give neurodiverse people real work experience is commendable. My hot latte was delicious and were the two iced lattes we took to go. There is a small patio near the entry if you want to enjoy coffee outside but plenty of seating and a break from the heat if you'd rather enjoy coffee inside. Staff was amazing. Love the coffee and mission.

This is a lovely gem of a spot with a wonderful mission. I stopped by recently for some breakfast bites and coffee. Inclusion has a fun espresso drink menu, including seasonal specialty beverages. For my beverage, I got their Jingle Bells latte and while I don't remember precisely what was in it--it was delish! The espresso was perfect and the latte, while flavored, wasn't overly sweet. For my breakfast bite, I got the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel. My dining companion got their veggie breakfast burrito. Both were pretty basic. I'd not likely get bites here again. But, would definitely come for coffee!The service was absolutely lovely. The seating was comfortable and the prices were reasonable.Get to it!

This is place with a great mission that me and my family are happy to support. It's great! Sadly, our lady cashier was not pleasant all when taking our order. As first timers, it took some time to figure out what we wanted. Then we asked for our receipt and never got it. We ended up needing it as an item in our order was missing.Breakfast was delicious but, unfortunately, it didn't agree with me. The quality of the food is great and tasty, so I hope no one else experiences this. Maybe I had too many apples in my breakfast? I'll come back and give it a try again when in the area.

It's a favorite of mine! Great place to grab coffee and sit and write-Especially after the morning rush. Friendly service!

This was my first time visiting Inclusion Coffee Company and I am beyond impressed. I'm usually pretty picky about coffee shops, but this one might be one of my new favorites. I ordered an iced chai latte with almond milk (my go-to at all coffee shops) and it was probably the best I'd ever had. It had just the right amount of sweetness blended perfectly with the chai spices. The cardamom taste really came through, which was wonderful considering how many chai lattes tend to taste more like nutmeg or even cinnamon. I also ordered a slice of banana bread, which was delicious. The banana flavor wasn't overwhelming and the bread was fluffy, moist, and cinnamon-y. The employees here were incredibly friendly and efficient. It only took a couple minutes for my drink to be prepared. Matt, the barista, was so nice and funny. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside. It can get a little hot out on the patio, so an umbrella or two might be a nice touch. It's also very easy to find parking. There are a few spots right by the main entrance, and there is a huge lot right in front of the coffee shop that is shared with a grocery store. Inclusion Coffee Company has a very modern, yet cozy feel. All of the tables and countertops were very clean and the bathrooms were well maintained. I'd highly recommend stopping by Inclusion Coffee Company if you're in the area. They have a fairly large menu, so you shouldn't have any problem finding something to eat and drink.

Fantastic food and drinks at a quick pace. High quality meals and drinks. Love the inclusive staff and having moments that truly matter. Very clean and tidy atmosphere. By far my favorite place.

Food was great. Had a chicken pesto panini and it was the best. Loved that they helped with having people with special needs as employees. It is an idea not thought of before. They had coloring books for kids and everyone was super nice. Had a nice feel to it. Five stars would definitely go again
