Ida's Sports Bar & Grill

Do you want a great sandwich?? Then stop by Ida's and grab one from their excellent menu! I have been here several times and have never been disappointed. The French Dip with provolone is my go to sandwich. Ida's has amazing homemade chips that come with dip!Yes, dip, in a restaurant!! Mind blown! The food is always delicious, the service is prompt and the servers are friendly. This is a sports bar and if you're a football fan, check out the floor tiled in the pattern of a football field. So cool! If you're in the area stop by and get yourself a sandwich with chips and dip. You will leave full and happy!

We came here with a group on a Monday night. The place was absolutely packed.. on a Monday. It's not large, but there are quite a few tables. We had to wait 30 minutes or so for our group to have a space. The poor waitress was just slammed so I'm giving her some grace on how slow it was. However she was really nice. We ordered the cheese curds and honestly not the place to get curds. They were more like mini mozzarella sticks with the breading. I ordered the French onion soup and that was really good. I also got the Reuben and it came and it was huge. I could only eat half of it. It was really good though. The chips were home made along with the French onion inspired dip that was with it. Very good! I'd come back and try the pizza. That looked awesome too.

Their fish fry was delicious, Ran out of my favorite beer, but was suggest a good IPA alternative. Service was very good too. Definitely enjoyed all the Packers stuff. And had a ton of TV's.

Food was yumm!! Service was good but a little slow even though they weren't so busy. Good drinks!

Good food, sandwiches come with fries or side salad. Bloody Mary was nicely adorned. Lots of TVs, friendly staff. Parking lot was close to full but it wasn't as crowded inside as the amount of cars in the lot would seem to indicate. New owners as of 2021.

Great Bloodys with a very impressive flavored vodka selection for the bloodys. The food is exceptional..just wish the man who owns the place wasn't such an a**h*le and didn't talk to his servers like they are expendable...at least watch how he talks to them in front of the public.

Went for their fish fry was really good and had very good service. Good place to go if your hungry and want to watch a ball game

Really outstanding food. The price scale is adjusted accordingly, too. You will pay well for this food, but you'll probably forget that b/c it's that good.

Great food, service & atmosphere! We come to Rapids a few times a year to visit family, and always try to eat at independent restaurants as opposed to chains. Ida's is a hidden gem! The parking lot was packed on a Sat night (always a good sign!) and all those patrons weren't wrong. We had the Broasted Chicken and the Prime Rib and they were both excellent. Service was friendly and prompt, and even the owner stopped over for a quick chat. We'll definitely be back- next time on a Friday to try their fish & chips!

We recently started visiting this area and have now been to Ida's 7-8 times. They have a great crew! We have been there all days of the week and the food is great and comes out fast every time. There entire staff does such a great job! One night I ordered steak and shrimp and the steak was the best I had ever had! My go to place for steak is Texas Road House, but this steak was even better. They have a good crowd that comes in making the atmosphere great for sports bar or family dining. Ida's is Awesome!Randy
