High noon, three people inside, two carry-outs. A challenge to stay afloat in the restaurant business these days! One waitress, one cook. No more buffets, demand isn't there. BUT-- friendly waitress, generous Chicken Egg Fu Yung, crispy spring rolls. As if Hui's was there just for me! Lucky me! Ya'll come! It's there for you too.

Did not think it could be so difficult to patronize a local business, called to tell them having difficulty ordering on line and they refused to take order and deliver over the phone. Will not ever even try to order from this place ever again. Plenty of other Chinese restaurants to order from that are more customer friendly.

Hui's is our local favorite for good Chinese food. It is consistent and the carry out is always hot and delicious. While we have only had carry out, I can't speak to ambiance. The food arrives quickly and is well packed. The egg drop soup is the ultimate comfort food!

I have dined at Hui's for over 60 years and can attest that the food has always been wonderful. I visited the restaurant for the first time just after it opened and have been going back for years. At times my work took me out of Wisconsin but on trips back would always have a meal at Hui's. During my travels I dined at notable Chinese restaurants in San Francisco, Chicago and New York. Hui's is more than their equal. I highly recommend Hui's for terriific food, excellent service and pleasant atmosphere whether you want a date night or to entertain a group of friends or family.

Worst sesame chicken I've ever had. I thought that was a "safe" order for a new (to me) restaurant. It was mushy, pale, and had rubbery chicken. Tasted terrible, too - if you can even stomach putting something that looks so bad in your mouth. Chicken fried rice was over-cooked. Egg roll was edible but not one I'd order a second time. Seriously disgusting overall. Apparently, the chop suey is supposed to be good. I won't be testing it out. Even the fortune cookies were old and stale!

The food was fresh and tasted great! However, that wasn't the best part for me. The best part was the outstanding customer service. This seems to be a family owned business and the lady running the place when I stopped through was super nice and tried her absolute best to make sure I had a good experience. At the end, she explained to me that their goal is to cater to the customer's needs and make it feel like home. I'd say the succeeded! I love small family owned businesses like this and will be coming back! :-)
