House Of Homemade Sausage

A great butcher shop for a prime cut of quality meat. As soon as you walk in you can smell the nice sausages. My go to place for our annual prime rib, highly recommended!

Best sausage I've ever had. The brats are fabulous and so are the steaks. The summer sausage and beef jerky is to die for stopping and try it Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday till one.

Their Garlic Bratwurst are the absolute best Bratwurst I have ever had. I have also enjoyed there summer sausage, and beef sticks. All are delicious.

Excellent meat- loved the beef stick. On the expensive side. Service is a little slow but attentive.

Their Hungarian summer sausage and Hungarian brats are the best I've ever had. I wish they had reduced sodium versions

This is my first time here, and we bought cheese brats and cheese curds which I have not tasted yet but will soon and let you know how it was... the brats were definitely massive, probably 1 would fill a person up...I had to atleast share the experience of my first time here..., the smell of meat when entering the market made my mouth water ... very nice selection of meets and cheese among other food items... the service was excellent and very fast with many people in line ... I will definitely be coming here more often , but this establishment is very professional, very clean and very friendly... its average prices for meat venues , but the product to me are far better than average grocery stores and as the brats , much bigger than in the average store... I highly recommend this establishment... more comments in the near future in this establishment...

I'm really liking the homemade sausages shops and meat shops that I'm purposely going to and this one was worth the trip. I'm finishing off my sampler that I took home and everything was great, although I'm really liking my twist of wrapping them in bacon because bacon makes everything better. As my cooking has evolved I'm of the opinion with good sausage is to keep it simple stupid and don't over condiment it, wrap in bacon and serve on a good fresh bakery roll and let the sausage flavor speak which I'm really liking and maybe some red onion for the most part but no ketchup or mustards. The sausages were great with no chewey or weird pieces and juicy which paired with a fresh roll definitely made for a good sandwich, yah I'm a fan.

Been eating this sausage for 30 years. So sad they do not ship anymore, but regardless the best sausage and meats you can get. High quality using traditional method and generational knowledge. If you are in the area don't miss out.

The Hungarian Summer Sausage is the best summer sausage I've ever had. It's even better with venison. Great fresh brats--my favorites are jalapeno cheddar and mushroom & swiss. I haven't had better bacon. Excellent steaks cut to order. But here's the kicker--just the nicest people working there. You just want them to do well.And the smells. They should start selling a fragrance for women. Parfum de saucisse.
