Oh my goodness, I cannot believe I didn't know about this gem until now! Our server Julia was super nice, welcoming and just down to earth. The decor of the restaurant made me feel as if I was somewhere else. Loved it! We ordered the pink hummus for an appetizer- yum! We ordered the hangover salad with smoked turkey and the Peruvian wings. Both were really delicious! This restaurant may be my new fave!

House of Bogini is a fantastic spot with an amazing atmosphere that's perfect for dining in or grabbing a quick takeout. I ordered takeout, and I was impressed with how fast they had everything ready--just 15-20 minutes after placing my order! The Peruvian chicken was absolutely delicious--perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The star of the meal, though, was their green sauce. It's packed with flavor and takes everything to the next level. If you go, don't skip it!I also tried their phish tacos, and they were phenomenal. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Definitely a must-try if you're into tacos with a twist. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I'd love to see a little more variety on the menu. That said, I'll definitely be back to try more! Highly recommend.

My husband and I had a date night Friday and wanted to try something new while in Lake Geneva and stumbled upon this place. First impression walking in was wow, what a cute quaint place that totally doesn't belong in LG! It's decorated in a very earthy vibe, vibe and plants all over the walls, little antique looking two top tables and a small bar. We were greeted promptly and menus brought over right away. Their menu is very unique, with a few appetizers, small plates and pizzas. They serve beer wine and sake products, as well as sodas and kombucha. We started with the pink hummus with pitas and veggies. The hummus was served warm, which was new for us but it was delicious. The veggies were fresh and pita perfectly warm and crisp. For dinner my husband had the Phish tacos and I did a margarita pizza. Both were hearty portions and very tasty. The pizza had pesto which made it unique from other margarita pizzas I've had and the basal mix drizzle on top was amazing. We split the dessert which was chocolate mousse and it was to die for, only change if make is slightly less cocoa powder; my first bite I inhaled it and it want great! The ingredients are all fresh and much healthier than most places. Overall this is such a gem, very unlike any other restaurant in LG and I'd highly recommend.

We recently moved to the area from out of state and finding restaurants that are in alignment with our nutrition goals hasn't been easy.House of Bogini is a GEM. We are so happy we stumbled across it. It is one of the few places in the area that is so intentional when it comes to the ingredients on their menu.If you're looking for a place with generous portions, real food, and kind service -- this is the place. This is also a very 'instagramable' restaurant with the cutest green decor! The vibe here is excellent and we were truly happy with the taste, quality, portions, and prices. I 5/5 recommend!

In search for a healthier spot to eat, I found House of Bogini with the help of Yelp which didn't disappoint. We came on a Saturday for lunch and luckily got a table without reservations. Seating is limited to a few tables inside and a few tables outside so I highly recommend calling ahead if you can go save your spot!I tried the portabella spinach wrap which was excellent! It was much bigger than I expected which is always a plus. The infused olive oil did make it a big messy but it was so fresh and flavorful that the mess was worth it. My mom tried the pulled pork tacos which also looked delicious.Cash is preferred (they charge an additional fee for credit cards). Food was excellent. Service was very friendly and attentive too! Overall a great spot!

House of Bogini is a super cute and cozy green oasis. They feature fresh, vibrant, whole-food dishes made with spice/ herb infused recipes and love. My husband and I ordered:* Phish tacos: honestly, the best fish tacos I've ever had! I loved the nice crunchy texture from the fish. We also really enjoyed the blue tortilla chips and the spicy green salsa it came with. * Peruvian chicken wing: great flavor, paired well with the delicious side salad.* Wagyu ground beef tacos: these were good but I don't think they're any better than regular beef tacos. * Pink hummus: we ordered this for our twin baby boys and they loved it! * Sexy Summer Strawberry Sake: this drink was so refreshing and not too sweet. My idea of a perfect cocktail. Some things to note.. When my husband was searching online for restaurants to try, he found House of Bogini but couldn't find their website to view the menu. He saw pictures of the menu on google/Yelp and noticed a certain soup that he wanted to order for our babies. Upon ordering, we were told they didn't have that soup because that was from their winter menu. So, be mindful that their menus change. They also do not have highchairs for babies (luckily we brought our own). I highly recommend this spot for its amazing food and drinks, cute decor & good vibes all around!

Overall: 4.3Service: 5 Food: 4Value: 4Ambiance: small, cozy. 7 small tables and 8 bar seats. A lot of green, including plants. Kinda feels like walking into a grandma's living room. Starter: olive hummus Entree: wagyu tacos Stopped in here for a light snack while exploring beautiful Lake Geneva. The hummus is a great appetizer. It comes with a variety of fresh veggies and the pita is hot and fresh. The wagyu tacos are a nice light bite. The seasoning packs a little kick. Go for adding the salsa.

There were plenty of intriguing menu options for my husband and I to want to try it out. First, small, intimate dining area and Bob Ross playing on TV affirmed our choice. Tamales, fish tacos and pizza are all incredible. Service is personable and you can tell they put a lot of heart into this place. We really enjoyed it. Wine pours were generous, too, so thank you! Highly recommend on a Lake Geneva weekend.

if you are looking for a special treat, this is it! the ambiance was beautiful, small intimate maybe 20 persons plus an additional 8 at the bar. we had the Mediterranean pizza and the flavor was terrific, plus we had the pear salad with cheese and pecans, a must try. Topped everything off with 2 expresso martinis. It was an hour drive from where we live but would definitely come back.
