Good food! good customer service! Clean. Probably one of the best places to go in Chilton Wisconsin.

Omg!!! Absolutely love this deli... I've been seeing it on Yelp and finally stopped in!!! WOW lots to choose from... I grabbed Carmel popcorn, there were a few to choose from... cashew Carmel popcorn to peanut Carmel popcorn to fruity pebbles etc... but I just grabbed the regular old fashion Carmel popcorn which was oh my gosh!!! Delish!!! I also grabbed their chicken spread... it was a little different to what I'm used to but it was still delish as a dip with my cracker or a croissant sandwich and the brownie I got. It was so moist and it just melts in your mouth... I can't believe I've waited this long to stop in!!! One of these nights when I'm too lazy to cook!!! I want to get their fried chicken, bbq ribs, mash potatoes and their stuffing!!! And my next big event... I want to do their catering!!!

Stopped here on our way fromDetroit to pick up a car. Wonderful breakfast and fresh bread. The owner is a very nice person who welcomed us like family. Stop here if you can!!!

Since my original post the owner has reached out to me about the situation. I greatly appreciate this, it shows true dedication to quality and customers.I will admit my rating on that post was unfair, as it was not about the establishment itself, but about one employee who said some things that upset me. So this post will have the raiting the establishment disserves. The shop was very clean and the baked goods looked AMAZING! (I MISS CAKE). There was a nice verity of cold salads and the hotbar made my mouth water. (AND FRIED CHICKEN!) The employees debate aside, it was a very nice shop and from what I'm told, everything is tasty.

I make a lot of trips between Milwaukee and Green Bay--usually via I-43 or HWY 41, but after lunch at Hilde's, I may have to change my route.Hilde's is a quaint little shop on Chilton's Main Street with fresh Door County coffee, free wi-fi, a deli and a bakery. Reviewing all my lunch options, I completely went overboard with a roast beef sub and a slice of pecan pie with a dollop of fresh whipped cream on top.Mmm, pecan pie. One of my favorites. Plus it was only $2.29!!And if pecan pie doesn't rev your engine, there's plenty of other decadent options in the cold case.They also offer a lot of fresh made deli subs. In true Wisconsin fashion, many come with a big o' slab of cheese. My roast beef sandwich was close to perfection: onions, long-sliced dill pickles, horseradish sauce, lean roast beef, and a slab of brick cheese all upon a fresh hoagie bun. Seriously, Hilde's. Can you move to Milwaukee?This review is short, a lot like my visit, but the next time I'm in the area, you can sure bet that I'm going to make my way back to Hilde's. After all, where else can one score a slice of pecan pie for only $2.29? At that price, take two!!

Such a fun place! Loads of Wisconsin products, delicious hot food, and great service.

great food and fast service overall 10/10. everything made from scratch. Very quiet place and almost all the time empty

We were so enchanted!! Hilde's had the perfect trifecta of excellent food, friendly service, and charming atmosphere! My husband had pork ribs and sauerkraut, and I had the broasted chicken. Excellent both, and the sides were superb!!! I would drive long distances to eat at Hilde's again. Her hard work has most definitely paid off !!

We love Hilde's! We recently held a birthday party for my newly 3 year old. We asked her to make chicken, potato wedges, and coleslaw. She worked with us and even offered for us to use a nesco to keep things warm. Everyone at the party loved the food. Additionally a few of my favorites are the favorite (broccoli) salad, the chicken artichoke pizza, and the crab salad. Hilde will go out of her way to make anything you'd like - she often makes me a crab salad on croissant with lettuce. She's such a nice, sweet, and caring lady! My son's also enjoy the desserts and my husband really likes the super sub. We've always had great experiences and enjoy what we get from Hilde's.
