Highfield Farm Creamery

After seeing the article in the Shopper, stopped in on the season opener to buy some cheese and check out the cows. Lovely couple runs the farm and they make great cheese to boot. Right now cheddar and cheese curds; expect a new creamy blue cheese around 4th of July. Fun for kids to check out how they make it and get to say hello to the cows and calves. This is a must stop! Excellent cheeses, you can tell how passionate they are about taste and quality. Just a few miles south of Lake Geneva, well worth the trip.

Amazing find right near the state line! A very precious couple operates this specialty cheese shop on their farm. We took our kids and we all found it very educational and of course the cheese is amazing. I will definitely be back for more and I'm excited to watch this business grow!
