I mostly live the low carb life style at this point in my life and I really miss pizza so I stopped over to see if I could find a low carb pizza crust. The place is bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside with all kinds of merchandise from supplements to food and everything in between. I didn't explore the store because all I wanted was a low carb pizza crust. To my amazement I found a nice looking oblong artisan looking thin pizza crust with 0 carbohydrates, Jack pot. I'm excited to be able to make a fresh pizza at home again after a year of no real pizzas or throwing the crust away and just eating the toppings. When you factor that my pizza toppings have 0 carbohydrates except about 5 for the low carb sauce and maybe 1 for the amount of Italian sausage the whole pizza is approximately 6 net carbs. I will have to explore the store better for low carb substitutes in the future, I will post pictures of the low carb pizza pre cooked.

I know of three locations around greater Milwaukee. I've been to all three and am surprised to find that they don't all carry the same products, so if you want something specific that you picked up at a store when you were in that area, you may not be able to get it at a store closer to where you live.Aside from that, I've received great service and have found the pricing to be more reasonable than Outpost. They don't have a cafe, but I don't go to grocery stores to eat. You can get on their email list and become a member for free for special member pricing. I prefer Health Hut to Outpost for value, but both have their pros and cons which keep them close to the same rating for me.

Walking into this store today you could smell the great aroma of lemon grass. They have some great hand lotions and oils for your skin as we experience this dry winter season. Nice people and always very helpful with any questions you may have.

Love the health hut for my random needs. They have everything from protein powder to supplement's to produce and other groceries. The selection is small for meat (they do carry frozen bison, buffalo, etc) and diary but they have a good amount of other grocery items (peanut butter, jelly, coconut oil, oats, etc) as well as a huge supplement department. The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I love this place. The staff is great and very helpful. I find things in here that are cheaper than buying on line. Soaps, supplements, deodorants, shampoos are all reasonably priced. Have some organic fruits and breads and vegetables also. Usually have some free samples of something at the end of the checkout line. Have bought some things from trying the samples. Again, very well informed staff. Try it, you'll like it.

Great place. The price isn't too high either. I would definitely recommend this place over GNC.
