Haught Distributing

Several years ago I took an interest in smoking various meats in a charcoal smoker and have bought different spices, seasonings, and other supplies to hone my skills and learn how to make tasty briskets, pork, chicken, fish, and other meats. Haught Distribution was recommended by a friend because of the meat equipment it sells and various seasonings offered. The seasonings are mostly for bulk packaging and the equipment is for slicing and dicing and whatever else you can do with meat. I believe the equipment is either to rent or own but my particular stop this date was to buy natural charcoal briquettes. I was told this would help keep my heat going longer and there are no chemicals inside the charcoal. I bought a 20 lb. for $14.00 and talked with the owner regarding how to smoke meats. He gave great advice and was real knowledgable. It's a small store and at first first glance didn't think it was open to the public based on the outside appearance but once inside it has plenty to offer on the wide range of spices they sell. I like supporting smaller local businesses and I appreciate the customer service I was given. Good place to check out for large equipment purchase and bulk seasonings.
