Happy Wok

Always love this spot for a quick meal. Service is great and love that it is a family business. Parking is usually easy enough and the foods always hot and delicious. Tend to stick to sweet and sour chicken with egg rolls and haven't been disappointed since.

Here's the picture, you get home with your bag of goodies to find one of four entrees is missing. Dang, sorry Mike, no General Tso for you. Fortunately, the servings are large enough for us all to share. I call and they said sorry, come back for a refund or replacement. A large part of our disappointment was all meat and veggies were cut small. All veggies except for the water chestnuts were cut into small little cubes. Hate that! I'm thinking they either buy it frozen that way (yuck) or they put into one of those swinging processors that cuts food into small cubes. That way they can cut a lot of vegetables in a short amount of time. Makes things easier for them but messes up the food. Saves time for them, but screws them in the long run 'cause I will not be back to eat that style of food. Same with the chicken, small little pieces I could barely find in my Kung Pao "Where's the chicken?".Happy Wok, you save money that way, unfortunately some customers (like our group) don't like it. If you find your business not doing as well as you think is should, don't blame anything but your attention to details. If you are looking (as I was) for a good Chinese takeout you won't find it here.

Happy wok was our go to Chinese place when we lived in Tosa area. Fast, cheap and tasty food.

Ordered lunch for w peeps from office. All of us were impressed with the food, flavor and portion size. We were happy with Happy Wok and will be back.

Very happy to have found this simple but excellent carry out restaurant. Portioning, food quality, and service are all excellent. One day I saw a family member cutting cardboard to put on the bottom of the bag to make it more sturdy. It is this attention to detail that makes this restaurant outstanding.

Love Happy Wok. Generous portions and overall excellent food. Have not had a bad experience there.

It's a small family, there will be times you will see the kids doing home work,it's a take home place but the food is fresh and very friendly ,And you can tell nothing has been frozen.

We have always had great food from Happy Wok. We know lots of other people that get takeout here as well and are always pleased. We've tried many different things and never been disappointed.

Not only good, but I can't make this stuff for the price I buy it for. We've been getting carry-out from them for many years. Never disappointed, always pleased.
