Happy House Liquor

Went Saturday afternoon, to buy my son in law his favorite beer for his birthday. I could not believe the poor service from Pattie Goodwin. Is this how people from out of state are treated??? If I had known the area better, I sure would have left and not spent a dime at this store

I live in Georgia and was looking for a certain name brand beer that we had on a cruise line 2 years ago and have had trouble locating it in the lower 50 states. A nephew of mine surprised me with a 6pack of this beer on our last trip to Northern Illinois. I asked him where he found it and he said at a liquor store in Beloit. Two weeks ago I called Happy House liquors on the phone, a lady answered and I told her I was looking for a special summer only blend of beer, and she told me they could probably get it. Two weeks later, she called and told me they got my order in and will hold it til I get up there in August. This is above and beyond the type of service you receive now days and very much appreciated. They won me over with their service. Don S.
